For a three night stay, the room was OK. It was clean, but shabby, in need of upgrades and repair. There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door, and there was also chunks of wood missing from the bookcase. I was charged for Lenin exchange for three days, but I did not exchange any Lenin on any day. This may have been a pre-charge with my hotel booking, and I feel that I should be reimbursed for that. It was also advertised that the hotel would provide coffee makers in rooms upon request, but the front desk staff said that there were no coffee makers available at the hotel. I don’t know that I would book at this hotel again.

The room was clean. staff was super friendly and helpful, however the room & furniture needs upgrade or replacement. The cushion on the chairs were peeling and flaking off fabric pieces. The nightstand lamp-stand base was rusted & the tube/shower plug was broken and wouldn’t drain properly when in place.

Room was disgustingly dirty , blood spots on bathroom floor. No toilet paper and only two small towels and two washrags. Desk clerk said no more towels and only one roll of toilet paper this for a two day stay. The leather chair in the room looked horrible like something had chewed it up. Stayed here a few years ago and it was nice but sure isnt now. Also booked and pd for our room and requested 1st floor handicapped on September 10th but was told they didn’t have any available when checking in on September 26th. Then when setting in our room door was opened by a lady who they had rented our room to. Which required us to go to desk and get new keys but what would have happened if we weren’t in the room at the time the lady entered.

The location and the price for a one night stay but we woke up to cockroaches crawling on the headboard and 2 on the desk I took one down to the lobby and told the lady and she didn’t seem to care I really think I should’ve been compensated at 3/4 of the 1 night fee would not recommend The cockroaches and the fact that the lady in the lobby desk didn’t seem to care

The price was super cheap, located in a convenient area to access highway if traveling. Cleanliness wasn’t great. Door on room wouldn’t shut unless you yanked it shut. Bathroom door has a hole in it from someone clearly kicking it. Area is a bit sketchy, a lot of people lingering around outside at night.

Location No one at desk to check in. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, holes in holes, floors stained, book shelves broken. Made us pay more money states booking did not give them all the money I paid in advance. Coffe machine broke.
