We had a wonderful day. The room was spacious. It was clean the only thing the room wasn’t ready when we got there, but that wasn’t a big deal because we want to eat dinner, but they were very friendly about it and they made sure that we were good.

The staff was friendly. The room was very nice. It was unusual, the computer system was down and we had a escort to are room.

Breakfast..a joke...went away hungry...

Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than expected.

This was my family first stay ever here, and the pictures online definitely looked better in person. Very clean, and smelled great! We will be back! 10/10

No coffee maker in room. No closet or drawers

We’ve stayed at this location before and had a good experience and we’re hoping for the same. We arrived an hour before check in and our room wasn’t ready(understandable) so we did a few nearby attractions and then returned at check in time. Upon arrival we were told our original room wasn’t available so we were getting split into two separate rooms and getting charged an incidental fee. We were not only upset about having to split rooms but also the charge. A manager came up and refunded the charge but couldn’t explain why our original room was not available or why we now had to split between two king rooms instead of our original one room with two queen beds. One of the rooms smelled like cigarette/weed smoke so we had to split the rooms up based on who could handle the smell and not get sick(I have asthma/son is sensitive). Breakfast was not stocked like it was from our previous stay. Lots of items missing(gluten free options, pancake machine wasn’t working, condiments empty, coffee empty, etc). This stay just wasn’t what we expected from our last visit. It has tempted us to seek a different option when visiting next time.

The room was disappointing. My comforter had blood on it, and there was a champagne cork in the corner of the bedroom. I would’ve addressed this if I had noticed it when I checked in, but I didn’t notice until the morning.

Single traveler, the room was nice, and I felt safe.

It's still a new hotel, but it was a nice night stay

Lots of noise with softball/baseball players running around. Walls are thin to where I heard arguments upstairs. I will not come back if I have a need to rest.

Cleanliness is a basic expectation at any hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet that standard during my stay. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Terrible, I didn’t like it at all.

I got to Tru hotel in Merrillville Indiana, and was told that they had overbooked and did not have the room for me. I had to go to a bad hotel over 30 minutes away because of this. The staff was not helpful at all. Overall terrible service

This is my second time staying there and I always enjoy my stay. Breakfast is delicious too.

Room was clean, no dressers in room, or microwave breakfast was very basic, no muffins!

We love this hotel!!!
