The room was very spacious and loved the amenities in the room. Only downside was the people that hung out in the parking lot throughout the day and night.

Horrible customer service. Manager was incredibly rude so went to district manager who helped me by retaliation and kicked me out of the hotel at 1:30 in morning by email. Everything

And he treats me like I am not guest, he one day asked me in a very rude tone of his "Sir!! Can I help you with something when it comes to our vending machines, you look like you need help, and wait sir do you even stay here and I'm like yeah man I've been staying here and I said I don't need help and he said well you have been out here a while and I said well I'm sorry I had to put all my tap pay information in again on my phone and that's what is taking me so long right here and he walked away with this huge attitude and and told me that I looked like I needed help, all in all He makes me feel very uncomfortable. And I think he just check himself on how he treats guests. He is very judgemental. Very He is the tell African American that works here i don't know he's name but he's very confrontational and he definitely has a complex about his job and needs to be reminded that everybody just human

Nice when walking in not anyone hanging out around the place The smell on 2nd floor smell like piss and the elevator was not clean at all
-
nice room, nice staff, cold air smelled a little funky in the room
-
I loved the security, even from the lobby. While it had minimal toiletries, the room was stunning and spacious! Plenty of shops nearby to get anything we needed.
-
The room was clean and all appliances worked The pricing could be lower especially when you tell them your homeless
-
The size of the room is good. The hotel is overall filthy. The walls & ceiling were very thin. You could hear the child above us running all night.
-
It was clean enough. Fine location. No extra towels or anything. Half of the outlets did not work. Staff had family in the small lobby 24-7 so seating was limited and always cramped. Always loud. No amenities. Images on booking showed a pool. There was no pool.

The area was nice

This place charges a daily “linen fee”. I stayed 10days and didn’t get linens or towels changed. Good thing they have a laundry room…..
-
People drink outside more like a party outside. Was loud music

This is a long-term stay property and as such, the clientele is not a typical business traveler or tourist. It’s more like a trailer park environment. My biggest gripe is the poor quality construction (thin walls and ceilings). Up all night hearing neighbors, crying babies, fighting, phones ringing, toilets and trains passing next door. The topper was hearing the guy in the room above rip a long, loud fart. Avoid this place!
