Intown suites in metairie is a scam. If you like sleeping with bugs book this hotel.

The pictures were Photoshop. Everything is old writing on the wall roaches everywhere nats everywhere. Dangerous people hanging outside in the day and night the employees hanging with his very close with the people that’s outside selling and using drugs. It’s just a total mess to stay away from me. America CHEF SHAKEDOWN no this place get a complete F +1000 stay away. I didn’t like everything

The location was ideal to get to work. The ceiling was falling apart, roaches coming from everywhere, guests smoking in front of the door, sink stopping up, and maid service was supposed to be completed every thursday, and it was conpleted the day before I checked out.

Some rooms my be clean and fine to stay in the 3 I looked at ,the cigarette smoke smell was so bad it would make your clothes smell and your food taste bad . Pay a little extra and a cleaner hotel.

The property looked a mess very unkept. The rooms have stains, mildew, mold, and roaches.

Kitchen fully equipped

Stunk. Carpet stained and stunk. Walls and doors were dirty with who knows what. I sprayed so much disinfectant and smell good sprays, didn’t help. Roaches all over. Couldn’t leave your food out 2-3 minutes. A/C barely works. Cleaning lady didn’t even clean, just replaced the trash bag. Blankets and pillow cases were stinky and pillows was old and yellowish. Outside smells like urine. Trashy place. Junky’s walking around. If you need something cheap until that first check hits, this is the place. Just don’t stay longer than what you need to.

Nothing really Roaches office hours only come once a eeek to clean room. Been gonna from there about three weeks now and still haven’t received my $50 deposit back from them

Our room was clean really didn’t have any issues very reasonable price the front desk staff & house keeping was friendly & very helpful beside that the Gm manager had an nasty attitude about a situation dat could’ve been resolved in a better tone n manner . Besides dat everything was great . They had alil plumbing problems but besides that my room was okay .
