Just a filthy room

I am guessing it’s not in a safe neighborhood, because I had to return the key early in the morning through a window. Not a well kept or maintained location. I noticed mold on the ceiling. Plunger was laying around on the floor. I would say pay $30 extra for a night and stay in a better place.

No problems…. Everything was good.

Second room 226 horrible iron beoken , dirty not HOT WATER AT ALL. Front desk agent came up 2hrs later after we several phone calls. Bathtub dirty, just not attention to detail. Spots on sink area. Third room 238 dirty tub, NO HOT WATER AT ALL. But at this point we tired of explaining what's going on and no attention again. Front desk called again, reply that the maintenance is working on the water, and that had a leak. Lies lies and more lies. Next morning leaving out at 6:45am, front desk agent brushing his teeth and talking at the same time. HORRIBLE. I TOOK PHOTOS SO PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME.

The room was WET, floor, surfaces, bed, etc. Owner argued it was fine and refused to move to another room. After some back and forth he moved me, reluctantly, to another room that was clean and comfortable. The property had NO hot water and poor shower/sink drainage.

Clean room with helpful staff. I left my car there for the week while taking a cruise and all was well when I returned. Will stay there again.

Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls.

Never stay here rooms are dirty we had a non smoking room it was gross it smelled so bad of cigarettes burn holes in the comforter. There are several bars across the street open 24 hours. Cars racing all thru the night. Door key never worked. Worst hotel ever. No pool water was green. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also right next to freeway so you get that traffic noise. They also charge a 100 deposit.

A lot of noise all night at the hotel. At 2am, at the bar across the parking lot, muscle cars were revving their engines fr 1.5 hours! Kids running outside after midnight

The staff is very friendly and takes care of your every need. The property is clean. The rooms are nice and clean. They have all the amenities that are a needed for your stay. The AC blows out just fine once it is turned on, very comfortable and cool. Unfortunately, I have never eaten the breakfast there although I was offered.

Terrible they never cleaned my room and I have to go and ask for clean towels myself everyday also pools are not available. I ask for a refund on the second day and they said no refund after check in. Terrible breakfast too.

We didnt stay there because the non smoking room we were given didnt have a working central unit so they moved us to a smoking room that had bed bugs and dirt all over the bed when we pulled the sheets back. Staff then got rude and said if we wanted a refund we had to speak with hotel.com. Very disrespectful to my wife, told her they didnt have to respect a woman. I called hotel.com to report it and have yet to hear back from them of receive my refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Not in the best of areas. The floor in the room was fithy, the beakfast did not have many items, you cannot get any items (towels etc.) from the front desk, no ice or vending machines, no coffee pots in rooms. The is a 24 hour bar right next to hotel. The music was very loud and patrons were zooming their cars up and down street. It woke us up more than once. Would not recommend this property.

The room was filthy, the staff was rude, the “breakfast” was a joke. The clientele was sketchy, people loud at all hours of the night blaring music and yelling! The room had 2 pillows per bed, when asked for another, we were told the laundry room is closed. So go get a key and open it! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!!
