Super 8 by Wyndham Metairie

Air conditioning worked great, comfortable bed and 3 small pillows, ample and convenient parking, no elevators, staff was really nice, offered to move me to another room but being disabled I couldn't physically make the move and the staff didnt offer to help me move to another room. Checked out a day early but said they couldn't refund my one additional night that was already paid for. This motel is gravely mis-represented! Will not recommend to anyone and will not be staying at this motel again. Disappointed that this is under Wyndham since I've always had great stays at their hotels in the past.

Clean affordable room

The room was ok , the toilet had stains around it and the face towels looked like they had been used to wash dishes, they can definitely use new ones. People hanging out the rooms all night long was tacky too

Quiet clean it's great for the price

The price, location, parking, and friendly front desk staff.

We stayed here for an all stars baseball tournament last weekend, the lady that checked us in was very nice. The guy that worked the night shift the first night was very polite as well. He accommodated us on towels because in a room that sleeps four people there was only two towels m. He said in order to get more towels bring the dirty ones he would give us clean ones okay no problem we did so… the next morning he was still on duty the kids went down for breakfast came up with their breakfast all was well… when we came back from our tournament someone new was on duty “Hector”.. now hector was very rude and unprofessional… he refused to give us towels even when bringing the dirty ones back… I explained there is only two towels and four of us in the room… still refused towels. Refused quarters to wash boys uniforms for the tournament the next day then in the morning for breakfast threatened to kick us out of the boys came to the room with their waffles from the breakfast area… he was so rude.. pool wasn’t clean.. room has mold in them.. and when turning ac us just a little the condensation had room sweating floors wet and water dripping from ceiling… over all I give this hotel a 1 star for the first two polite employees but everything else was terrible

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was already cooled down, it was very hot outside so it felt amazing to open the door And feel the cool air. I was very happy with my entire experience. I will definitely return and also recommend it to others

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. And parking lot had glass all over it

The electric outlets in the room didn’t work, I had to plug my phone and watch up on the lamp on the close to the tv to have them charge and the floor was wet like it was too humid in the room for some reason. And the man that checked me in was very rude and raised his voice when I was asking a question about the room.

Staff was very helpful. The guy on duty Dip was very helpful and made sure my stay was safe and sound! Would definitely recommend!
