Super 8 by Wyndham Metairie

No hot water to take a shower

Idk

First time ever stayed in a smoking room. It just had a stagnant smell to it. One bar of soap, two towels and two washcloths or all that was available to rest. You have been quietness for a couple hours is OK but if you’re going to stay for vacation, I would seek elsewhere.

Even given a ground floor unit we were by a local bar. Noise!

Theives !! Booked through this site, purchase protection hotel does not honor! they were sent several requests on my behalf to modify dates. They chose to pressure me into canceling, which I refused because I didn't want my money back.I did not want to cancel.I simply wanted the services I had already paid for a two night stay they refused to modify with adequate notice.Only two to l upholdd their non.Refund policy int. Many vacancies. You would think they should not deter paying customers and instead want them to return put, that is simply not the case. Not that they deserve the business. It is literally a mediocre motel that I was only giving the benefit of the doubt due to an emergency scenario. It would have been nice in the hospitality industry to accommodate a paying customer. But instead , you have turned them off , stole their money , and if i'm writing of a review , don't trust this booking service either

1st & formost looks are very deceiving online, the room was full of mold including on pillows

Highly recommend. Would stay again. Grateful for the hair dryer, iron & board, hangers, large shampoo & conditioner and moisturizer. Cushion chair and a desk with chair.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed air conditioning was good and a big TV too.

For a cheap hotel. The front desk was friendly. Helped with anything I needed. Room was a little run down but clean. Fairly quiet surprisingly. Not bad

great ac and clean pool and good coffee

Air conditioning worked great, comfortable bed and 3 small pillows, ample and convenient parking, no elevators, staff was really nice, offered to move me to another room but being disabled I couldn't physically make the move and the staff didnt offer to help me move to another room. Checked out a day early but said they couldn't refund my one additional night that was already paid for. This motel is gravely mis-represented! Will not recommend to anyone and will not be staying at this motel again. Disappointed that this is under Wyndham since I've always had great stays at their hotels in the past.

Clean affordable room

The room was ok , the toilet had stains around it and the face towels looked like they had been used to wash dishes, they can definitely use new ones. People hanging out the rooms all night long was tacky too

Would not stay here again. Poor section of town. Sink faucet loose.

No

transients and sketchy people

Pretty good I didn’t run into any issues.

Lo que más me gustó era que estaba bien cerca del lugar a donde debía ir al día siguiente.

No hot water, Pool was closed

Do not stay here. I was so uncomfortable that i didn't even stay in the room
