Sleep Inn & Suites Metairie - New Orleans West

Recieved the wrong room and was put into a room where the air conditioner leaked water so the floor was wet. Dirty tubs so we didn’t shower for our stay. I won’t be returning ever. And I’m not the person to ever leave a review.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet seat was half Brown and broken with plastic wrap on it. The walls in the bathroom along the tub were all cracked, the tub was so worn. It was disgusting, the fire alarm in the room appeared to be incomplete and broken, as was the water sprinkler, and with holes in the wall and stains all along the carpet.

Close to game Breakfast was gone fast slow about sttocking breakfast

It was to much going on The drama they had going on

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clean and pretty. Very nice. Everything was nice. No complaints.

The property is being renovated. We had a new room. Room was 10/10. However the microwave handle broke and my dinner was in it. I called front desk and girl on duty told me she was only person on property and couldn’t leave desk. I ask some questions and she just hung up the phone. Very rude I’d say. Other front desk people have been awesome. We’ve stayed here often as it’s close to hospital for my visits. Seems unsafe to have only one employee on property after 3pm. I guess everyone has a bad day. But not my fault

Very good

The morning breakfast wasn’t good. It,s was poor

Top floor was renovated so was nice Smelled like weed in certain spots

For breakfast, they don’t refill anything. There was still an hour left to close the breakfast room and they didn’t put out more food. The breakfast area was hot, there was no AC there either.

Ran out of towels no face towels only hand towels

Location, and always clean rooms Ran out of towels no face towels only hand towels

Superb

It was a great experience, friendly staff.

Stayed here twice and not trying a third time. Property not well kept. Had to get second room because door on first one wouldn’t open. Room smelled like smoke and beds not comfortable at all.

Exceptional

Exceptional

Room recently remodeled. Excellent. Breakfast attendant not too attentive. Doesn’t replenish food timely and kinda rude. Maybe just a bad day. We’ve stayed here often over the last 6 months and will be back again and again. Front desk excellent.

The hotel was in the process of being renovated.

Nothing It was a great
