Good enough for what it is
-
It was a large room Front desk woman was extremely rude and went out to smoke every 5 minutes so the lobby smells like cigarettes. There's guys outside selling weed so parking lot smells like that. Even the Uber had hard time getting to hotel.
-
INCREDIBLE free breakfast buffet, best I ever had. Staff is GREAT, very helpful and always eager to please. Clean and well-kept property, nice rooms, simply cannot beat this hotel for overall value.

Room was cleaned. Beds were comfy. Great location since we had to go to east Jefferson ever morning for my mom. Only problem was they only have one face towel and when I asked for one more they didn’t have any But other than that we will book again if we need to be in Nola. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice

Good location right off the interstate, close to the airport.

I can't say that we liked the property. Wasn't told that they were in the process of remodeling. Job materials scattered throughput the front lobby area. as well as the workers were using the luggage carts to carry their materials leaving one cart to bring in and out our luggage. Not to mention the cart had a flat tire. Along with that our shower leaked reported it to the front desk on Saturday morning as leaving t for a funeral. The front desk said he would report it to maintenance. That night the shower leaked all out onto the floor my wife was mopping the bathroom floor at 2 o'clock in the morning with towels. Along with the construction going on workers were parking in the handicap area of the hotel. A waste line coming out from the hotel was broken washing out a rather large hole exposing the broken waste pipes in front of our window and parking area. It was tough enough coming to town for a funeral, and having to deal with the lack of care for the people choosing to stay there. Some thing that we say we'll be back for

I would sleep in my car before I sleep there again

Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning.

The cleanliness of my room
-
The stay was good. My coffee pot didn't work in the room but there was some in the lobby, but I passed. I couldn't find anyone to check out but I left the keys. The night person was great and she stop what she was doing to assist me in. She was sweeping outside the building. Not sure who the morning attendant was, i never found him/her in lobby or outside. Overall I will be back💯

nice staff Staff smoked weed in the building , so our rooms on the 1st floor all smelled like weed.

What made the experience worse was the feeling that these issues were not new and had likely been ignored for a long time. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety while staying in a hotel. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this property to anyone until serious cleaning and repairs are made. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Window was right by roadway. The door look like it had been damaged and light from hallway you could see and hear everything coming from hallway. Lady desk attendant on Monday night didn't seem like she even liked her job.Not friendly at all. Then on check out Tuesday morning whoever the young guy at front desk could NOT print out a motel bill said because the weather internet was down Read comments above

It was the worst Hotel stay in my life. Room was not cleaned and the roaches.
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The air quality in the entire building was horrible! Everything in my room always felt moist. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. The bathroom/shower needs to be upgraded.
-
Didn’t eat breakfast The bath room tub was in bad condition the staff was the best part of my stay they were so kind and joyful and eager to please
-
Easy to get to The bathtub was leaking, spraying water from the faucet. The bottom had rust spots on it.
-
Needs to be remodeled badly!! The bathroom looks like it’s still the same one they’ve had since the hotel was built. Just look at the pictures… also when I checked in I wasn’t asked for my ID or anything. I told them I had a reservation and gave my name and they gave me my key. I got up to my room with no problem and was ok with the room but liked in the bathroom and was just disgusted. Also the fridge didn’t work so no use in bringing back left overs. Just stayed one night and would never book again.

Location only. Most of the metal was corroded. There was a slight smell of ammonia in the room. The carpet looked like it had been there 30 years or more. I did not dare walk barefoot. It needed to be painted. The trim around the mirror in bathroom was broken.
