neglected, nasty, bad condition

My daughters and I were having a break and wanted to be at the pool. There pool was out of service. I ask them if i can get my money back if we dont stay. They said sense I didnt chexk in they would make sure to refund me. This happen in October and still no refund. Disappointed!!

Provided pictures are fake, it’s a motel. There were issues with Expedia paying them and they neglected to tell me until I got to the place. After calling Expedia and getting a refund, I had to pay for my room there. When I got to the room, it wasn’t cleaned. There was pee and toilet paper still in the toilet. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund, which has yet to return to my account. I will be reporting them.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL This is the price of a best western but the quality of a Motel 6, the room has mold and i was told they had no towels and that i could air dry in my room

days. No, light bulbs in in the lamps had to get those. Ice machine broken. The pool was full of mold and was nasty. I was so disappointed in the room.The only reason I stayed and it was prepaid and they wouldn't give me my money back worst place.I've ever stayed.I would not recommend it to anybody

The room was so bad that we cancelled our reservations. The room was filthy. The first thing we noticed was mold in the shower/bathtub and a filthy commode. We immediately went back to the desk and told the clerk that we were not going to stay because of the condition of the room and he was very understanding and helpful in cancelling our reservation. The overall condition of the hotel is not very conducive to staying there.

Worst experience ever. They should close it. How can they charge more than hundred dollars for a night. They said they were going to refund my money

Black mold in shower. Cheerios and garbage on lobby floor. Road sign not lit so hard to find motel. Bed okay

Given two rooms that were 1. Very dirty and hasn’t been cleaned, 2, toilet was super F’ed up with some gross brown stuff in it.

Low rate, but installations and service are deplorable

they have mice and you can't get towels

Great parking lot. Well lit. Not protected at all. Dirty, trash all over. Simply clean it. Paint the stairs and railings. Fix the blinking lights. Your rooms are far better than the exterior leads one to believe. Your rooms are adequate. For a reservation for 2, we had 1 set of towels. Old, threadbare towels. You can do better. Much better.

Dirty, the room wasn’t clean my TV didn’t work. It didn’t have a remote. The mattresses was dirty. The rooms carpet stunk the bathroom tub was dirty.

The refrigerator didn't work the shower dripped constantly the room smelled mildew I really didn't stay in the room I mostly went there to change clothes it wasn't comfortable at all will not stay there ever again for a 161 dollars it could have been better then the clerk that checked me in said no housekeeping because ice came and got all the employees smh👎👎👎

Absolute pit of a hotel. First room they gave me I walked into with my kid and found condoms everywhere, second room was smoked in and dirty, third room the front desk "checked" personally, but it had very clearly had a leak. The floor was mildew and I had a cough by the end of my stay. Gum in the carpets, AC units condensation draining over sealed concrete so I slipped multiple times, shower didn't work, and it smelled like 2 farts got in a fight. No real pet area, just an overgrown area with the trash not being taken out and no dog bags so poop everywhere. Key card would need to be reprogrammed 2-3 times a day (yeah literally) and the slide lock had been ripped off so you couldn't really lock the door. Absolutely disgusting, if I could have been refunded I would have just slept in my car. The pictures for the hotel listing are absolutely staged, you will not get any kind of quality out of this establishment.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. The property was not fit for animals. It was late and we had to spend the night and checked out the next morning. We're still waiting for a refund for the remaining two nights. This property should be checked by the local health department.

Service was terrible.. was assigned a room 3x before I could get settled and someone was barely at the desk. Filthy.. everything had stains so you couldnt tell if it was clean or dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned before I got there so I had to clean it myself (was too tired to find another place to stay after moving). Holes in the walls allowed roaches to come in and thats what made me check out early

This place needs serious cleaning inside and out it's nasty dirty and needs to be cleaned and painted

Not at all like in the pictures. Creepy guys outside the hotel asking me to open the door so they could get breakfast. My room door looked like it had been kicked in- locks were questionable. Mouse hole in the wall by the bed with frays of carpeting around it. Mattress stains galore.

Clean the hotel. Paint the walls. General upkeep needed desperately!
