Very disappointed. Not up to the quality of La Quinta. All of the rooms were motel style where the doors are facing outside. Website said an indoor pool was available and heated, but it was not and out doors. Since it was in a busy part of town and the doors were facing outside to the parking lots where anyone can come up and access the rooms, my partner felt unsafe. We called to cancel our rooms and asked to help getting another reservation. When we addressed this with customer service that the motel was not what was advertised, the recommendation was to cancel using our flex insurance but was still charged a nights rent for the cancelation. Then when asked if they could help us reserve another room since I was on the road, they said someone would call back to help, but never did.

We checked out after checking in. Rooms were disgusting. Sheets were stained tubs were rusty. It did not feel clean at all
