Clean room & amazing staff!

Clean room excellent location

We arrived at found after a delayed flight and getting to the original hotel we booked and it was so bad we immediately left and started searching. We saw this place and immediately booked. I called the front desk and explained our original accommodations had been extremely dirty and falsely advertised and asked if they could at least hold our luggage until check in time. When we arrived she had our room already ready !! The staff was amazing, the amenities are great, the pool was relaxing and the walk to the beach was quick with 2 chairs waiting on you. The restaurant inside the hotel was AMAZING also. We had the best experience here and it exceeded every expectation and we can’t wait to stay here again.

This hotel was traumatizing to my entire family. We rented the bunk bed room and when we got in the room the all six bunk beds had the most disgusting brown stained bedding and black mold. The walls were molded and the rooms smelled terrible. The entire hotel smelled. The halls were full of trash bags and cleaning carts and dirty carpet. When I complained about the bedding and room to the front desk all he said was they don't do the laundry there and that they would change the bedding. I asked why would they put soiled bedding on the beds he really didn't say nothing. At this point there was no way I was going to make my family stay at such a dirty hotel. Very disappointed that this was a Marriott branded hotel and how disgusting it was.

Location

This place is a bargain for the location. Restaurant is fantastic, and the staff were warm, friendly and professional. The building is older, but nicely updated. The rooms are a bit small and the floor in my room wasn't as clean as I would like, but I would stay here again.

Toilet seat have to fix, air conditioner make to much noise, Black fungus grows on swimming beach chair mats
