I didn’t like my stay at all. Where should I start; I didn’t get my codes until later. ( around 6) I called a total of 3 times to get the codes. I arrived around 1am and still had trouble with the codes.There were two beer bottles at corner of my door when I arrived. The door leading outside was maybe 2 inches from the floor you could basically see outside. The photos are very deceiving. The beach is on 13th and the room is on 30th so not 3 mins but a lovely walk. The king rooms are not studio apartments they are just that rooms , more of a motel 6 room. If you have a choice stay at the Grand hotel and Spa next door it’s much better and only a few dollars more. I would never stay in this place again it’s a total trap.

The room was perfect for a quick weekend trip at the beach. Really enjoyed the place. It was very clean and neat.

Very good for it’s price

This property is in north beach which I love very quiet on arriving they held my luggage . They said I can use the bathroom at rooftop to change cloth so I can go to the beach until check in at 4pm . I liked that I could walk a block to beach , take the B100 to south beach and downtown Miami. I like that I can relax watch tv and I felt safe

No 24 hour parking.

It was impossible to park the car for more than 4 hours within 2km radius from the property. The host "forgot" to mention this.... The apartment was not clean and "fresh".

The staff were extremely helpful and kind! Super clean and so close to the beach

Very nice and comfortable! I didn’t mind taking out the trash but instructions were unclear of where to leave it

Well my only issue at first was the pots and stove for the first unit I was in , but when I was moved to another unit I was ok with the ones there.
