Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach

Excellent, from Montreal Canada, the staff were amazing, clean hotel, amazing staff, loved it. Close to everything, if your active , it’s your place it grab an uber. Can’t wait to go back. Grace

The ladies at the front desk were lovely and welcoming to me, ensuring that I had all I needed and always were available. They were attentive and there to help. Housekeeping is requested by texting a phone number each day before 10am. I asked one day at reception because I couldn’t text using my English number and was told it was done. Turns out they didn’t get it done that day at all which was disappointing though, the housekeeping team leader came to my door, apologised and asked if I needed anything. I got fresh towels. The next day I requested it again and this time it was done. Fantastic once was enough during my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and well designed. The pool is lovely, has a shaded area with tables and plenty of day beds. Despite being located inside the courtyard area, it gets a lot of sun around midday. If you would rather the beach, it’s only a real short walk away and you can use the hotel provided chairs. The bar and restaurant get busy in the evening but never are too rowdy. I didn’t try but it must be good food and drinks. Overall, a really lovely property, well designed, lovely staff. My only downside is it is all done via text message if you need anything, convenient for some, less for others but generally a lovely stay!

The Staff are friendly, AC on point loved the pool. Stayed there 4 nights with my family its worth it. Close to the beach and boat jet ski rentals

The power went out one afternoon, we only found out because we went to drop off items. It's an old building so you hear everything. Thankfully it was just closing doors and movement above you. Overall, great stay. We just slept there since we were gone most of the day.

Close to beach and restaurants

We loved our stay at this hotel! Very art deco style, with an incredible bar and restaurant in the lobby. Super close to the beach, the staff was all so kind and helpful, and they were very accommodating. We will for sure be back!

Great location and feel to the hotel. Front desk staff were helpful and even called to see if we were doing ok. Room is a little small and could do with more amenities if you are staying longer than a couple of nights

Absolutely brilliant hotel, a true hidden gem. We had a deluxe studio room and it was very comfortable and spacious. A handy addition was little kitchenette with kettle microwave fridge and washbasin. Hotel spotless staff is very friendly and attentive pool is never super busy and you can always find a place to relax in tropical shade. Special thanks to manager Ilona- a tue professional, she has gone extra mile to sort our small admin problem, pleasure to deal with such a lovely person. It was our 12th visit to Miami Beach and we 100% recommend this lovely hotel.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property and will definitely not be returning or recommending it to anyone. According to my booking details, check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM. However, when the front desk handed us our room keys, the cleaning staff was still inside working. We were left waiting out in the hallway with all of our luggage for about an hour. When we were finally able to go inside, the condition of the room was appalling. Despite having just been "cleaned," there was dirt everywhere, and the toilet was covered in black stains. I immediately complained to the housekeeping supervisor, who told us we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. He then had to gather 4 or 5 cleaners to properly sanitize the room. It was an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, there was a major billing issue. My booking information and invoice on Expedia clearly stated that I was to pay $69 CAD directly at the property. However, upon arrival, they charged me $190 USD instead, without providing a receipt or any reasonable explanation for the massive price difference and extra fee. This was a horrific experience from start to finish. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

The hotel is nice, some available on site parking for an additional charge. The room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable. Pool was smaller, but the vibe was nice. Tucked behind the hotel with tree Coverage making it feel private. The hotel bar was great. We watched the second half of the World Cup final at the bar. The hotel hallways were really dim lit and smelled of excessive cleaner or freshener. While our room was clean, it had a slight musty smell.

Great "Boutique Hotel" that's conveniently located with a friendly front desk staff. Easy check in online with surprisingly good communications throughout the process. Location on main road with a convenient bus stop right across the street that provides "Express Service" to Miami Airport. Definitely would stay there again. There was nothing to not like about this hotel it has a very nice vibe about it

The fee for the parking is a bit high, other then that is was a great place to stay. Parking to be less expensive
