Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach

We really enjoyed our stay, a lovely boutique hotel close to amenities and the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus. A kettle in the room would have been helpful however coffee available morning - afternoon. No food available Monday and Tuesdays which was two out of our 5 days but other options outside the hotel. Lovely place and would recommend.

Staff was friendly, room was sufficient and we really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas the hotel offers. However the hotel bar plays loud groovy house music until early hours of the morning and our whole hotel room shook to the beat. We were also awaken by a family above us yelling and pounding their floor/our ceiling. Noise cancellation was terrible. If you stay here plan to struggle to sleep.

Love the bar in the hotel we enjoyed our drinks there but can get a little loud if you stay at first floor. Th style of the room is chic and cute and well equipped with everything we need. The only drawback is it smell moldy when you first enter the room.

If you’re looking for a well located, inexpensive place to stay, this is ideal. No extras, but everything you need in good order. Very nice pool area.

The walls are quite thin, so I could hear a fair amount of noise from outside. I was also in the last room, and the windows opened directly onto the street, so I had to keep the shades closed at all times for privacy.

Nice location and close to the beach. Staff from the time we had arrived, were friendly. Room clean and loved the pool. Bar right in the lobby upon entrance. Trolly right outside, free, and short ride to Lincoln Mall!!!

Great customer service. Very cute place and close to beach and walking distance to restaurants. Pool area is super cute. Staff is very accommodating. This is my go to place in Miami.

When I got there they told me I should have gotten and email to check in. I never got the email and instead or just resending the email the lady at the front desk waited 10 mins to offer. Then advised me this is not a hotel anymore but an air bnb and there is an $70 incidental fee that will be charged to my card that will not be refunded back when I leave. I had no choice but to accept as it was almost 1am. Then she didn’t accept it until I confirmed which I did and I apologized for getting loud as I was tired and it was late and ready to go to my room. Took me and another visitor 30 mins to go through this whole process. I would not stay here again. The room was clean but the lights flickered. The TV was broke. The wall as thin and you could hear everything going on around. There was a buzzing sound by the bed sounds like a phone going off. I never found out what it was. I couldn’t feel it so I’m not sure if it was a phone on the night stand in the room next to me.

Fantastic hotel. Great location, quite area, but still close to South Beach and Downtown. Very close to the beach. Very friendly staff, helpful and flexible. The room was huge, bed really comfortable, nice sofa/living area and kitchen. The private parking is secure and easy. The pool is fantastic. High recommend this hotel. Nothing

Very clean Hotel was in a area where there was a lot of construction. While walking home from dinner my wife cut her leg on a jagged piece of metal sticking out of sidewalk near hotel.

The location was perfect. 2 blocks to the beach. Many good bars , restaurants, and coffee places nearby. Currently, alot of construction in the immediate area. Not any fault of the hotel, just timing when we were in Miami.

You get what you pay for. Un hotelito sencillo, viejo remodelado y oscuro. Fuimos para una boda que serían por dos días. Parece un hotel de una película de Tarantino que en cualquier momento te puedes encontrar algo en la oscuridad de sus pasillos. Nos encontramos q-tips usados en la papelera. La habitación que escogimos el lavamanos es un fregadero de cocina. La habitación Muy pequeña para mi gusto, pero hay a quienes si les funciona ese tamaño. Para la humedad de las alfombras se mandaron lotes de ambientadores en los pasillos y por ende, el olor de ambientador es súper fuerte. Puedes llevar a tu perro, con suerte que no moleste a tus vecinos. Caminando un poco, encontrarás sitios donde comer. La tarifa de parqueo que publican aquí solo aplica para días de semana. Fin de semana es más alta. Suerte !

The kitchen was also a great feature and made the stay more convenient, especially for preparing meals instead of eating out every day. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this place to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.

The room was nice but did have a few quirky things, no desk to sit and work, no makeup spot with light, kitchen with no coffee maker, no sink in bathroom. Not a huge deal but a little different. Loved the tropical pool area. Didn’t love the noise from the restaurant/bar going late every night. I would suggest asking for a room away from the lobby area. Other than that, great location, good value.
