Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach

The staff was very helpful. The location is amazing. The amenities are great especially having access to beach towels to take to the beach with you. The downside is the room smells like stale cigarettes and a 100 year old basement with mildew and mold. The air conditioner was leaking. Lastly, the floors look like they've never been mopped. It just felt dirty in there. If they cleaned like they should nd the rooms smelled fresh I would come back. However, I wouldn't risk going back bc I truly value Cleanliness and attention to detail.

We were given room 104, 20m from the lobby bar…… it was super noisy until 2am. Really terrible experience. Avoid

Only saw pool in the evening was a bit dirty.

The staff was extremely helpful in getting us situated and answering our questions; they were very accommodating with allowing us to store our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The food nearby was amazing - we didn't have to walk more than a couple blocks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool outside was great. There was an interesting smell in the room, but you only notice it when you first enter.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect. I did like everything about this place.

Clean spacious and so cute! The noise level was hard to get sleep we were on the 1st floor and could hear everything from the lobby to the guests above us and anything in the hall.

Location, facilities and cleaning. Breakfast was not available. Lunch only at 4 pm onwards. But there are many other options to grab meals elsewhere in the area, so not a big deal.

We were not informed about any breakfast!!! Just coffee. Also, our room was on the first floor just three rooms down the hall from the lobby bar. The bar was noisy will beyond midnight. We didn't sleep well that night. Fortunately we asked the staff for a quieter room on the top floor. They gave us a quieter room on the third floor. A quiet room for the first night!!

Lovely staff at the front desk - Miriam, Maria and Ilona - very warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. The restaurant staff were also very good. The hotel has a nice cozy vibe and the location is good with close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I did not like that the bathroom does not have a sink, mirror nor countertop. Very inconvenient to have these important things in the bedroom.

The AC also started leaking, maintenance came right away but again it woke me up at 2 am as it started dripping on the floor.
