FOUND Hotels, Miami Beach, Series by Marriott

It met my expectations for a small boutique hotel Entertainment and restaurants were a further walk than I anticipated. I arrived that morning but did not get a room until around 3pm, althoughit dis not appear to be crowdedat al. I had to use the restroom in the basement to change for ny event and it was hot and humid down there.

perfect location to everything, rooms are perfect and the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Lovely stay, helpful and attentive staff, great food in the intimate restaurant. Just two blocks from the beach, safe area. I love everything about Found hotel I can’t say enough good.

Exceptional

Bar and hotel are not connected. Staff not the warmest. Quieter neighborhood of South Beach. Hall were dark. Room was cute. Bathroom a little small.

We loved the room the bed set up . It was good for one night stay. They do have a restaurant inside. The only thing was parking we were able to manage with close by parking building. There walkable areas to explore and beach so close by. Will definitely recommend!

The hotel is good but no gym! Food was good. No microwave or fridge in the rooms. No coffee maker. My first night, the room was a small box on the first floor but they upgraded me to a huge room on the top floor so I was happy!

The hotel itself was nice, but unfortunately, the staff did not provide a very welcoming experience. There were no towels available at the pool, and when we asked a staff member for one, we were told that we had to go to the front desk ourselves to get them. A little more attention to customer service and hospitality would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

The customer service rep Ana was super accommodating and friendly. She made me feel welcomed plus they now provide waters and a welcome gift to their guests which was very cool and different from my previous stays. Really sweet restaurants nearby plus close to the beach. Definitely staying here again next time in Miami.

I wish that there was better parking amenities. I came in pretty late and was thinking they had a parking lot. You have to park on the street. So, from 3a-9a it was free to park on the streets.

Loved the staff friendliness, the room furnishing and decor. Great location near trolley stop Corridors would benefit from lighter decor

The location was very convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The room was comfortable and provided everything needed for a great stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this Marriott to anyone visiting Miami. Looking forward to staying here again!

It’s near the beach, there is a pool, and nice hotel bar. They do offer valet parking for a fee.

Clean rooms that have been mostly updated yet the old character remains. Lovely place but not very sound proof.
