A special thank you to the housekeeping team—they were absolutely amazing! They were always kind, hardworking, and kept everything spotless. They truly made our stay even better. The only area that could be improved is the front desk. The staff were polite when we asked questions, but they weren’t very welcoming. A simple smile or greeting when guests arrive or leave would make a big difference and create a warmer first impression. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

No ramp to bring luggage in

All the rooms at this place are small and the same size.

Staff were all amazing, esp Adan who helped us with our luggages. We had a problem in room 412, where the sliding door in the bathroom doesn't closed all the way and it made a squeaky sound as you open and close it. We also keep hitting our shins on the wooden corner of the bed.

Great location but I reserved a non smoking room. When going into the bathroom, it was clear that someone had smoked in the bathroom. When my husband brought the issue up to the front desk, the manager stated he could spray the bathroom. Really....That's not taking care of issue. Will not be back.

Hotel was clean, but no pool, no continental breakfast

Nice and clean properties. The rooms were up-to-date, clean spacious. I just wish Breakfast would be included for those rates.

Once everything is fixed at the hotel, I think it’ll be a great place to be.

Check in process was not so great

There was no parking. I had to pay for parking in a parking lot.

Our stay was wonderful. Thanks to the great staff!

Also, on two of the days, housekeeping did not refill my soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Whenever I tried calling room service—especially in the evenings—no one answered the phone. Overall, the noise and lack of service made my stay disappointing.

Nothing Can’t like something if I never stayed there

Very clean. Ben the night shift front desk person was very helpful and funny. I loved the stay. Very clean and quiet there. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger but other than that had a great stay!
