Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach

The location is very good, across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. I liked the cafe in the hotel, food was better than expected and staff was great. Overall the only flaw I would give this hotel was the bathrooms. Maybe it was just my room but the bathroom door is a barn door style. If you are sharing a room be sure it is someone you are VERY comfortable with. The way the door was installed it doesn’t close all the way, there is about a 5 inch gap so the person you share a room with can witness all of your business in the bathroom if they walk by.

So this wasn’t a bad place it was a good location but there were just a few things that were not awesome for us. One the rooms were quite small we stayed here just after getting off of a cruise and it felt almost like we had less room. It was just so crowded for us and our two teenage children and all of our lugggage. Also the set up was odd to get you bags into the hotel you had to climb a flight of stairs with them. I assume all these things are because of the location but i just didnt love it. We didnt get to try breakfast becauss we left extremly early to catch a flight. I would stay here again with just my husband and I but not with my family. Another thing to note was not really the hotel itself fault but maybe it’s near an area that there is a lot of nightlife. The room next to us was up being extremely loud until 2am we had to get up at 3am for our flight. It felt like the walls didn’t even exist.

Rooms and hotel were very clean and staff was more than helpful and accommodating. The TV in our room didn't work. They tried to fix it and offered to move us but we were only there one night. Close to the beach. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to the Beach which was in walking distance. Room was clean and a little tight in size but still good. Facilities were comfortable for my cruise connection.

Everything was great the location, the cleanest of the hotel, friendly staff room clean the only thing in the room it didn’t have microwave and the ice machine was on the first floor so if you’re on the third or the fourth floor or the fifth floor, you have to go all the way downstairs to get ice. I think it might’ve been on another floor as well but no ice machine on each floor other than that was a great location cleans great staff.

The location was one of the best parts. You literally just walk across the street, and within two or three minutes, you're right on Miami Beach. It made getting to and from the beach incredibly easy while still having everything we needed right at the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great amenities and an awesome location near the beach. We’ll definitely be back!
