No se pudo disfrutar de la playa , y el Hotel nunca me notificó nada acerca de la condición de la playa , la piscina es muy reducida y no es un Hoyel para disfrutar con familia con niños no lo recomiendo, es más un hotel para parejas , muy mala experiencia

Very nice hotel, clean, the staff is very professional and helpful. It’s a really good place for the kids. We had a great time.

Location The pool has sanity issues, having a terrible smell. The staff completely ignored the situation, after several complaints.

The hotel is lovely. Very clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little small. Excellent restaurant. If you are looking for beachfront its a great choice.

Hotel and location Pitting on weight lol

This hotel has some great attributes, and not-so-great ones. Valet parking of $50/night (plus tip) is outrageous whether or not it is on par with other hotels in the area. The best non-valet option is using the 42nd Street garage for $8/night, but that is a 20 minute walk. Price was $259. Room was ready before 4pm check-in, but we had to wait 20 minutes to get the key because the only person at Front Desk was with another guest. Rooms was small, but clean and tasteful. Bed was comfortable. Beach staff, lounge chairs, umbrellas are all excellent and well worth the $42/day fee. There is also a really nice tiki area. Elevators are the biggest problem - only one was working and it was small. After waiting for 15 minutes, we took the stairs down 9 floors with our bags so we could check out by 11. At the bottom, the key did not access the lobby, so we went down 2 more floors to the street and walked around to re-enter the building. Bitter ending to an otherwise great stay.

The place is beautiful location perfect. The attitude of the check in minimum help with the request of connected rooms. Pillows were awful very hard.

I enjoyed everything

The place was good and it has a beautiful view. But I was surprised that they charged us $48 for everyday for using the beach umbrella and towels extra!!! Even though we went to the beach once.That was a hidden fees that we never were told about before. We don’t mind to pay for any service but hidden fees are not acceptable. If I was told about it I wouldn’t feel upset..
