Bed and beach access Got the room late which is ridiculous considering the price and that checkout time is 4pm I got there close to 5 and room wasn’t ready that’s just unacceptable

Great location and very cozy hotel. Friendly and helpful personnel. The only thing that could be improved is the level of service provided by the staff in the buffet during breakfast — misunderstandings were a common thing there.
