We had a wonderful stay at The Palms! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, helpful with our luggage, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was clean with a beautiful partial ocean view, and the AC worked perfectly in hot June. We did notice a stain on the bedsheets, but the staff resolved it right away. The breakfast buffet at Essensia was excellent, and the restaurant was clean with great service. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at the Palms. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, I enjoyed the pool and the chairs with free umbrella at the beach. The staff is really helpful, polite, and professional. This hotel is a gem. I recommend 100% and I will come back

But surely in this age of technology and AI someone could figure out how to put multiple rooms booked next to each other. They did manage to get our 3 rooms on the same floor and fairly close. We would definitely return to this property.

The vibe in the hotel is great. It’s beautiful and very inviting. Everything runs smoothly and there’s plenty of space to sit in the lobby. The access to the beach is wonderful. The only thing I didn’t love was the shower. It was not quite up to par. But the rest of the room was absolutely wonderful.
