very good location the first room i got was terrible the toilet didn’t work no flash and disgusting room, than I fot a new room it was nice and ok. wierd thing that all the people had the same code for the main door and they hotel room door which was very unsafe.

Great customer service and great value. It seemed a bit old.

I Love the location. I just didn’t like the room was not big enough and I didn’t have a microwave in my room this time . the room was too small.

location not very secure. Had to rely on codes to access room and front door.

liked the location. the flooring was damaged in many places. We asked about a change of sheets and were told they would come after our second day, but we never received new sheets or towels.

The location is in the heart of South Beach. There's no one on staff! Seriously! No front desk. You have to call a 1-844 number to get room access. The room was last updated in 1974! Rust on the fridge, NO SAFE, NO WASHCLOTHS! The floor was torn to hell and they used a mat to cover it.

I wasn¿t given the room I paid for, there was a hot water problem in the room. I got my access code changed without any notice of the change. When I called the number to the hotel I was treated very poorly and they hung up the phone. Will never recommend

The room itself was very worn and grubby. granted the bedding was clean but it wasn’t an inviting environment. cracked walls, broken floorboards to describe the main cosmetic issues. The biggest downside for me was the keypad door entry to the building and for the room. tailgating happened when entering the hotel; so it was easy for some random to gain entry to the building and try their luck at a code for a room. The lack of staff also made us feel vulnerable which wasn’t a nice feeling for 2 sole women travelling. This wasn’t a 3 star hotel. The pictures used to promote the hotel has no likeness to the reality.

clean. Just a room with a bathroom. no staff on premises no amenities. no pool it was fine

My room had a large bed but it left a very tight space to cross from on side of the room to the other side/bathroom. no breakfast option / but they don't offer room with breakfast anyway - plenty of options nearby. There is no reception or contact with a physical person at all. They will send you a code for access to the building and room. You can buy water / snacks from those vending machines at the entrance of the hotel though. I could see that behind the bed it very dirty like if hadn't been cleaned for a while. not good for allergic people.

location and cleaning was, the best, but rooms no good in the rooms need cosmetic remonts

Be careful when you take shower, If hot steam escapes into the room, the fire alarm may go off.

none they robbed us through the room window and they have not yet responded with any compensation for what happened, although the police was called and a report was made at the moment, security is terrible and the hotel is not getting any answers.

I already reentered you last night but basically basically smokers causing fire alarm to go off 730 Sunday morning evacuating the building Front door would not secure Sunday night when we came in notified the facility that nobody showed up 1130 I had somebody banging on my door wanting to ask me a question cops were called because there's banging on other people's doors too because because i could get in The only good thing about it was it was on Collins street in South Beach where we wanted to be I will never stay at that hotel again It was on South Beach on Collins Enough said!! If you get extra bonus points For the horrors that was caused but Then again you really don't care about anybody's opinion anyway I think I do a lot of business with you I've been business with you for my price range
