We stayed for the Fourth of July in a beautiful ocean facing room with a balcony. The spout on the tub was broken and was spraying water everywhere which took the maintenance staff hours to fix (back and forth trips) so that was upsetting to waste the time. The bars were good, service was excellent. The pools were not clean, the water was very cloudy. Unfortunately the shore was loaded with seaweed so going into the water wasn’t really an option. Overall the stay was ok, was looking by forward to more.

For the price point I would consider staying somewhere else. Hotel lack luxury feel. hidden cost everywhere. room outdated. staff is unhelpful.

The room was not clean. There was no shower curtain, and I was unable to obtain one after asking five times. The shower was also not equipped with cold water. The king bed was the worst I have ever had. The mattress was shaped like a “W” and I had to stay in the centre to avoid falling into a hole. The valet was indifferent to returning the key or assisting the guests. I believe I would have had a more enjoyable experience at the Holiday Inn two blocks south.

We were charged multiple fees that were ambiguous and were later taken off when questioned. Also, breakfast was included in the package but we were charged hundreds for it. There is a sewage smell at the entrance of the hotel.

Not worth the stay. Went to the pool, couldn’t even get a lounge chair in the three days i was there because people were buying day passes to use the pool and. They were rude and nasty people and they took up space that the hotel guests couldn’t use when we paid a lot to stay at the hotel. Go somewhere else.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a while!

Started with incredible Valet service… my car was in good hands ! Pool side attendants were on point (Especially Chris!!). Poolside Music was relaxing and relevant. Room service attendant was genuine. But my favorite was a gentleman Valet attendant from Brooklyn NY. My hometown and Brother. Once again… Sincere service. Even called for later check out… No Problem The room… upper corner floor with Beach views. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Thank you again to everyone at Nobu / Eden Roc !

I loved everything about the property. It was clean. It smelled good. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was beautiful. I didn’t like that I didn’t have a microwave in my room.

No trolly available when check out. No one be able to help, service bad for the breakfast. No one offer drink for 20 minutes.

We loved staying at the Eden Roc! The room and the view was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! My only complaint is that the refrigerator was full of drinks you could purchase, but I rather have an empty refrigerator so I could store left overs or my own drinks. Also I wish we had a microwave. I rate this a 9/10. Special shout out to Joel with the conseirge desk! He was so amazing and super helpful! We would love to come back and stay!

Property had no water for my entire stay. Staff seemed as you were bothering them with this issue. Staff is horrible.

Clean, beautiful and luxurious Can not use the fridge as it is a stocked mini bar. Note that if you remove items (even without consumption) you get charged $40 - bit much
