We had a pleasant stay at Eden Roc Miami Beach overall, and the hotel has several strong points. The location is excellent, and the beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The food was tasty, although the prices were quite high. The breakfast was good, but we found the selection not particularly varied. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was cleaned regularly and kept in good condition. However, there were also some issues. Our room was affected by considerable noise from the neighboring building, particularly from equipment installed on the roof. This was quite disturbing, especially when trying to rest. The swimming pool was also disappointing. During our stay, it was not clean and there were a lot of hair in the water, which made us uncomfortable using it.

I reached out to the front desk after we had to call the maintenance guy. After they discovered the shower was dirty. That means we were showering with dirty water. We were promised a phone call and no one never did. Terrible customer service.

The pool area was beautiful and the inside lobby was nice as well No refrigerator in the room so my food I just brought was spoiled because of that also no microwave in the room she told me she will have somebody bring me one complimentary and it never arrived to me she even said she will upgrade my room for free because I complained how the water was nothing like what I seen on the hotel pic but she claimed it was seaweed I spent almost $600 on a room that didn’t even have the basic needs

Paid for a regular room, ended up in a large suite. Definitely check this hotel out when it’s not tourist season, crazy deals.

Great stay beautiful beach hotel

Nothing We were evected from the hotel for no apparent reasons. For some false acquisitions! They locked our doors and forced as to leave. We spent extra $1,600 for booking different hotel.

Everything was as I expected the beach view was relaxing the room was very clean the receptionist was awesome

The rooms were clean. and the property was well maintained. thumbs up for that. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food on the property was kind of pricey though.
