Good location, friendly staff. Property is definitely in need of some updates but is a solid choice for the price. Great pool and easy beach and boardwalk access.

Breakfast was included, I had email confirmation and it took 35 mins for them to honor. They said it wasn’t in the system the morning of. The night before they confirmed it was included.

The room was ok, if you a room with carpet, it is not very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is not clean.

They charge me a lot of unexpected fees.

The sink and toilet setup in the bathroom was not done properly but other than that, it was ok.

Be prepared to pay for the valet parking and add the taxes

Overall was a great trip, bathroom needs upgrades, breakfast was better than I expected, staff very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and areas were treated well as expected with no complaints.

Out dated Old and the staff was not friendly at the front desk. I had breakfast included and I was not on their list. I went to the front desk to ask a question and the attendant was on his phone and acted like I did not even exist. The other make front desk receptionist helped me. Poor experience overall. I will never go back there.

Nice hotel & is in a great location. However, lacks restaurants in the area. We loved the ocean walking trail behind the hotel which we used everyday.

The pool and location Nothing

Nothing The room AC do not work , housekeeping doesn’t clean the room and later just give us towels and linens and ask us to change the sheets on our own, very rude staff , no technician in hotel after 6pm to check AC not working , no housekeeping staff after 7pm very bad customer service

Room wasn’t as clean as I expected, dirty floors, only came once during our 3 night stay to clean/new towels. Not terrible but definitely not a 5 star resort. Pretty much worth the money

That it was convenient to the beach. The elevators ran fairly quickly. My room was charged for a drink that I did NOT PURCHASE or RECEIVED! The supervisor Ann. Mid 50's or 60's foreign with a poor additude and customer service insisted that it was my charge. # I don't charge drinks to my room. I did purchase food from the bar and still have my receipt for that purchase as it was mine. However, I'm not a theif and do not take kindly being called one. Ann, then went on to say. She refused to give me anything in writing after I asked, as I had other plans and was late and embarrassed due to the accusations in front of everyone checking in at the front desk. I then asked to record her saying that she would email me after researching charge. She refused and said she does not give consent. She then went on to threaten me with security. A heavy set black foreign girl was also at the register with her. She witnessed the whole thing, and never said anything word. It should all be on the lobby camera! This was not good. It blew my morning. I suffer from anxiety and was upset
