Didn't like my room was from Daytona Beach trying to enjoy my stay for my birthday and just wanted a refund the hotel clerk was very rude about saying she was still going to charge me for a nights stay and cancellation fee of $186 she was only going to refund me $351 of my money and printed me a guess foolio receipt

Clean rooms and great staff

They were doing construction so at times it was loud right outside my window

Bad

Very noisy hotel with the slamming of doors. Most breakfast are free in hotels. Your hotels wanted to charge over $60 for a breakfast for two and im a rewards member .

Staff was very friendly and facility was clean. Only thing that I didn't like was the room had bath tubs and not walk in shower. But overall great for the price.

The location was excellent … the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious … on-site laundry facilities were great … my room was very quite Only two lifts soo at times very slow … not enough beach umbrellas at the pool …

The pool area and beach were great, and the food from the hotel bar was tasty. Unfortunately, the service was poor in several areas. The valet was extremely inefficient, with cars lined up outside while attendants appeared to be standing around talking. During my stay, I witnessed two cars being hit, which was very concerning. My check-in experience was also frustrating. My room was not ready when I arrived, and I was told I would be called when it was available. After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes, I returned to the front desk, only to find that the staff had changed shifts. The employee had no idea there was a list of guests who were supposed to be contacted when their rooms were ready. The hotel bar was severely understaffed, with one person taking orders, running food, bussing tables, and handling payments. The food was good, but the wait was excessive. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, although the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. I found food underneath the TV cabinet and hair in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. Not all of the staff were poor, and there were some friendly and helpful employees. However, the inconsistent service, understaffing, and cleanliness issues significantly affected my stay

Close to the beach and walkway yet peaceful.

The biggest disappointment was the bed\. It was absolutely horrible and extremely uncomfortable\. I honestly felt like I was falling out of the bed most of the night, which made it almost impossible to get a decent night’s sleep\. A comfortable bed should be one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell very short in that area\. The positives were the front desk staff, who were helpful, professional, and courteous, and the location, which was quiet and felt safe\. Overall, the staff and location were good, but the property itself needs significant renovations and new, comfortable beds\. Until those improvements are made, I would have a difficult time recommending this property or choosing to stay here again\.
