Never again. The hotel needs major updates.

Baño incomodo, aire acondicionado regular, limpieza buena, area recepcion tiene que remodelar

This place was very unsanitary and the housekeeping staff did not clean our room before we arrived. They’re were crumbs and tags all over the floor. Tiki Bar wasn’t open the whole time either which made it difficult to drink during our stay and we would have to go to the holiday inn next door to get drinks. The front desk was very rude and did not seem like they wanted us there. I wouldn’t come back to this place.

I think the hotel can definitely do with an upgrade, aesthetically. In the room there were things that didn’t seem fully clean, and the television was definitely outdated (not a smart tv), also the cable channels froze quite often. But generally the place was okay. It was fit for purpose. Its proximity to the beach is excellent though!! Overall the experience was fine.

The shower and pool was dirty and old

Completely scam they charge me more money because they said Expedia hasn't nothing to with them with the fees and parking lot ticket it is for only 5 uses after they charge you more with almost 60$ dollar more. You get no money back for property damage wich I didn't do anything wrong. At the end with expedia paid 380$ and then when I got there charge more 190$ and then 100 for parking and another 100$ in case u damage something (no money refund) SCAM, DO NOT GO THIS PLACE.

Great service

Staff was kind, offered to hold bags at check in, also offered info about the city. The room was absolutely not sound proof! every night was unbelievably noisy and the TV did not work so I could have blocked out the noise. I guess south beach is a party city but I did not expect to be hearing every conversation and private activity in the room next to me. also the baby down the hall cried all night into the morning on one of the nights. My sleep was so poor the entire trip.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. There was a lot of rehabilitation going on which was noted at the hotel, but none of the amenities were available such as the tiki bar and restaurant options. That information would have been helpful at the time of booking.

I just can tell the staff very friendly,

The hotel is on the beach, but otherwise not very nice. We had trouble with the plumbing on multiple occasions. No breakfast is offered. The hotel is fine for budget stay on the beach, but don't expect much from this hotel beyond a basic place to stay. The pool area was probably the highlight of the property.

I will definitely stay here again when I come to Miami. The room was comfortable, and the pool was large, well-maintained, and landscaped. The ocean access was so convenient, and the umbrella and chairs were perfect. There was a CVS on the next block to buy drinks and other supplies. The bus and trolley stop was right by the hotel.
