Best Western Plus Atlantic Beach Resort

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Accommodating our needs, i was with a person who has difficulty walking around. The staff was super helpful.

The room was clean, common areas also clean and organized. The only disappointment I had was forgetting my Beats by Dre headphones at the gym and when I went there one hour later to get them back they were not there anymore, the staff were unable to help me locate it and didn’t bother to look at the cameras to check who got it. That was very disappointing.

Deberían de poner atención en el servicio de limpieza, el hotel necesita una renovación de alfombras y colchones. Es fundamental que el servicio de limpieza esté pendiente cuando hacen el servicio de dejar toallas, y todos los elementos de higiene. La ubicación frente a la playa, el servicio de playa muy bueno y el servicio de staff también.

! Great location ! HORRIBLE overly priced breakfast buffet. Staff were AMAZING !!!! Front Desk is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Stay away from the buffet and this is the place to be ! Oceanfront Balcony at this price, you dont find that everywhere !

Location at Miami Beach. rooms weren't cleaned, and towels weren't replaced, even after being thrown on the floor. When we asked for new ones, we were given two (there were five of us). Hotel is old, our rooms were in a very worn-out part of the hotel- should be renovated

The rooms are not that clean. the pool is small but very clean, the beach is near and easy to access, if you need AC do not book this hotel. the AC automatic stop every couple minutes even when the room is hot. I wouldn't come back because the AC problem.

Room was clean but smells. My view was to dirty roofing Beach was terrible disgusting with seaweed ( I understand not a hotel responsibility) Not towels at the beach.

On the trolley system Room smelled like mildew. Carpet in the room was wet soggy feeling, the drawers had an odor to them, hot water worked when it wanted to housekeeping was rude, they knock on the door and don’t say anything, just enter the room and look at you like your crazy. Hard to get the room cleaned just being asked do you want towels? The step out to the balcony is crazy hit my foot and ankle so many times just an awkward place to have that. First time horrible experience wish I could get my money back and get the memory out of my mind. The pool is so small I didn’t get the resort feeling at all for all the resort fees you pay you would think it would be relaxing. Smelled like pee in the halls on the eighth floor. They are very good at spraying lemon fragrance to give the illusion that it’s clean.

The Location The staff were dismissive—especially the young man managing the parking area, who was very bad-tempered and completely rude. This is definitely not a hotel for a long stay. I booked a room for four people for two nights, but when we arrived, there were only enough supplies for two. I had to call reception to ask for more towels because there were only two, and no one ever came to clean the room—not even to empty the trash or make the beds. We also only received two wristbands for beach access (to use the chairs and umbrella); if we wanted two more, we would have had to pay extra.

clean room but bathroom didn't close all the way. easy access to beach. parking on site for a fee.

The Hotel was good. However the pool is too small. I couldn’t swim in it. It was full of kids.

The room wasn't cleaned well. Bird pooped on our balcony chair, took them 24 hours to clean, I went to the front desk e times to let them know.

Property was well-maintained. Love my view love the bar on site at the pool I will be staying again.
