The hotel has a great location with access to beach across from a drugstore where you can get snacks, water, etc and close to restaurants. Easy access to free trolley and public transportation. There is washer and dryer available but when we went only washers were working. Dryers appeared to work but did not dry clothes ever. Big line of people trying to use dryer repeatedly.

I can’t recommend Best Western Atlantic Beach Resort! The hotel & room were a total disappointment! I felt we got scammed w paying over $300 in total for 1 night for “ocean front room with a balcony”. It was an old hotel & there was no direct ocean front view if that is what u r expecting when u pay 4 “oceanfrontview w a balcony”. Thedeceiving pictures showed such a room butinstead the room provided # 514 had a view of thepool, then all the palm trees behind the pool & finally the ocean view way back! When I requested a change of rooms w a “real” ocean view they said it was not possible as all ocean front rooms were occupied. The attendant said our only choice was to cancel & pay cheaper for another room with no view or balcony! What a joke when we rented here & pay over $300 for 1 night for the oceanfront view! I asked 4 the manager & they said I had to wait till Monday when she will return! We were only renting Friday night for a very special occasion, which was 4 my son’s Senior Prom night & his friends! So imagine what a disappointment! The room itself smelled not nice & did not have a single water bottle! When I opened the balcony 2 see the view the boys will have, besides the disappointment of the view and the mini balcony, a very strong cigarette smell invaded the area. Not nice 2 be in that balcony with that smell & a very far oceanfront view! Thehotel itself has a weirdfront view w NO parking at all. Cars were honking behind me as I was trying 2 park 2 just check in!

It was very nice and clean That we did not get free breakfast .or a ride to the airport or cruise ship

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the elevators and the hallways and the lobby. There was trash sitting out all over and it smelled of something that I’m not quite sure of, but I know whatever it was, It didn’t smell pleasant at all. The pool area closed promptly at 8 PM when the sun was setting and the staff at the front desk definitely were not very friendly. We contacted the front desk on the day of arrival because the television wasn’t working and was told that there was a cable guy coming out to fix the cable for the whole entire hotel, well it didn’t get fixed for our whole stay. Also, the hot water was lukewarm, so I’m not sure if it was just our room or the whole property is like that. It is definitely one hotel I would never stay at again.

The only positive side are some of the staff, who are optimistic, happy and friendly. Everything else is sub-par quality and does affect the quality of the stay.

I love this property and have stayed there for years. There was an issue with my room door locking. And despite them coming to prepare it (delaying my plans) when inreturned- it was again inoperable/unlocked.

I loved that the hotel was located in an area where we could walk to places and to the beach!

The room itself was updated and clean. The bathrooms definitely need to be upgraded. Front desk staff was very friendly. Not the same for the cleaning crew. Several times I requested towels and cleaning staff was not very friendly. Out by the beach the beach guy for the chairs and towels was extremely rude. I love Miami, and tried to come twice a year but I don’t think I’d be back to this hotel. (restaurants staff was awesome.)

Exceptional

Only the location. I had to pay to park at the resort. First time I am staying at that part of Miami, so I don't know the parking habits. The resort itself is run down. I booked for four people and I had problems getting 4 towels, don't talk about pool towels, still waiting on them.

Room very dirty. Stole my credit card information was charged in other places.

Es un hotel que no está en condiciones para tener huéspedes en el ,muy mala esperiencia comenzando que el toilet no flush,fue mantenimiento a arreglar el problema y al segundo uso volvió a no flush ,los toma corrientes en muy mal estado ,mi teléfono estuvo sin batería todo el tiempo ,porq ningún power outlet cargaba,tuve que cargarlo en la recepción, no vuelvo a rentarme aquí,muy decepcionante.Muy malas condiciones ,para mi no es un hotel habitable para hospedarse.
