Westover Arms Hotel

Day desk staff was very helpful. Access to beach towels, cooler with ice, and beach chairs with umbrella was a great amenity. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Great budget stay close to the beach and public transportation.

We also liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel, the decor and style and of course the location. The room was comfortable and the price was great as well! Other than the elevator not working, we liked everything about the property.

This is a really great place to stay in Miami Beach. It’s smaller and not in all the craziness either, and best part is the rooms are like apartments and have kitchens and washer dryers!

Leak in room creating a problem with water all over.

We were on the top floor and the elevator was not working so I had to take 5 flights of stairs up and down any time I needed to go somewhere on a knee I just had surgery on. I ask the staff when will the elevator be operable again and they just said no time soon. I advised that my knee was giving me problem and they said the most they could do was help me with my luggage when I check out which never happened. No discount offered full for the inconvenience so a plan on discussing some different option with my lawyer if my knee is damaged which I think it is. Thanks a lot.

I left a pair of expensive headphones at the property. They have been very unresponsive. I finally reached a manager via email, and they located the headphones but have been incredibly unresponsive about retrieving them. This level of customer service is unacceptable when I spent a significant amount of money on my stay. A simple email response or phone call to coordinate the retrieval of my headphones is a small ask.

I can't fault anything, it was the bare minimum I actually needed, nothing more, nothing less.

We did not rent a car and found this hotel location close to public transportation, the beach, bike rentals, and the hop on hop off bus. Will stay longer next time.

Parking was too far away had to walk three blocks and pay for parking that should be told that there’s no where to park and it’s not free

The location was perfect! One block from the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. There's a CVS directly across the street. I thought the check-in was a little weird, but I didn't necessarily dislike anything.

We only got an awful reply from front desk being rude .

Joseph!! Amazing, welcoming & so helpful!! We flew into Miami from Canada for just one night as we were going on a cruise!! He was so accommodating and the room & property was excellent!! Would highly recommended and will definitely be back!!

Clean, good location, easy walk to the boardwalk and beach, complementary beach chair vouchers, units with full kitchen available.

Room was comfortable, clean, and through Booking.com affordable. Just a block away from the beach. The employees were nice and helpful. Water pressure or maybe it was the shower head itself, but for whatever reason was very very weak. Also, I wish there had been some kind of a breakfast available. Even if it were just a continental type. Eating establishments were few and far between and very busy and somewhat expensive.

Great place to stay for a short time

Lo único que puedo criticar es que éramos 3 y había una cama doble, más un sillón amplio, doble y cómodo , pero que ni siquiera una mitad estaba preparada como cama y tampoco había sábanas para el mismo. El resto todo perfecto incluyendo la cercanía a la playa.
