The room design and location are excellent. It seemed like there is no staff working there… the reception person was the only one to be there if you were lucky. Otherwise had to wait for them to come to the desk. Got locked in the room when I had to leave, because their code operated locks have no batteries. Was give. New room, where the lock had bad battery too.. third one was a charm and worked fine. However all that was a lot of a hassle for one night stay.. I was going to stay there for more than that. But had enough, rather would like to stay somewhere else. No breakfast option in the hotel, no gym, no pool… no facilities at all. Ver poor experience.

the location is wonderful! very close to a CVS, the beach and some cute restaurants but also close enough to order a car service to south beach and wynwood without being crazy far! very cute hotel & the staff is amazing!! AC also works beautifully 100/10 would recommend <3 only negative I can give this property is that there is no fan in the bathroom so I did slightly overheat while showering, but other than that, it was wonderful!

There was no pool there was no breakfast no store microwave in the room. You had to call for your iron. There was no amenities nothing

It was a cute hotelique to me in a nice area. We thought the hotel’s decor gave us a sense of “Old Florida”. The lobby, hallway, and bedroom had such lovely decors. They didn’t have a space for me to store my bikes— not even “in the back”. We used a palm tree on the side to lock our bikes. It worked out just alright.

The room was very cute, very well designed space with little details in my aesthetically speaking. Its a historic building in a classic Miami style. Our room faced the road, but the windows soundproof well. Our room had a night stand only on one side and the matress was a bit uneven.
