Great stay, great room

I would recommended for a quick brief trip not a long trip but it’s def a good bargain for your buck

There was no self-parking, so I was forced to use valet parking, which cost $56 for just 18 hours. The elevator was broken during our stay, making it even more inconvenient. The room was missing basic amenities like a microwave, which is especially important when traveling with a baby. They also didn’t provide a crib or Pack ‘n Play, making our stay much more difficult. To make matters worse, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The housekeeping staff could not communicate in English, and my interaction with one of the cleaning staff was very rude. Breakfast was not included and came with an additional surcharge, which was disappointing considering the overall quality of the hotel. Another major issue is that they do not allow check-in after 2:00 AM, which can be a serious problem for travelers with delayed flights or late arrivals. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There are several nearby hotels that are less expensive and offer much better amenities and service. I would not stay here again.

The room was nice and comfortable. During our stay only one elevator worked and the ice machine on the first floor was the only one working.

This stay was the worst experience with a hotel we’ve ever had. Major disappointment from what we have come to expect from a Hilton. First off, the pool was absolutely disgusting there was black gunk on the sides and trash floating around. No thanks for us! The front desk upon arrival was very pleasant and helpful. He was the only good experience of our stay. I’m allergic to down pillows and informed the front desk of this. I removed the 8 pillows from my room and was given a single pillow for my husband and I to share. The dining cards that they give you for $15 per guest per day are complete bs. The restaurant in the hotel refuses to accept them. The less than dog food quality food was $169 and we didn’t even eat it. The restaurant manager was as rude as it gets. I normally never complain but this was beyond what I was willing to accept. Corporate issued 15,000 points and told the hotel to reach out to me to refund our money for the stay and the disgusting food but we have heard absolutely nothing. I will say that the hotel manager was polite and understanding- but that didn’t change our experience. Don’t waste your time or your money here- you WILL regret it

Stayed only for one night, but it was nice and clean, good location near the beach and dining options

This is an older hotel but has been updated and maintained very nicely. Room was clean, no issues. There is only 1 elevator which allows a capacity of 5 people. The gym is very small and no water was available. The pool was clean and well maintained. Chairs, towels and water are available near the pool area. Staff were very friendly. Valet parking was $50/night. There is no self parking. There is a trolley stop across the street. This was useful since the hotel is not near the strip. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was so great!! Room was clean, although it always smelled musty. Beach chairs, towels, sunscreen were all wonderful. Our live TV did not work the entire stay though which wasn’t great. Cute hotel and great location!

The staff was AMAZING! From calls to the front desk prior to arriving, checking in and checking out. Each staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was tiny but mighty. It was nicely updated and comfortable. The pool was cold and had a lot of debris in it, however, it was very windy the day we went to lay out. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked the decor and vibe of the hotel. Room was clean and updated to have modern look, if a little small. One Elevator was broken so had to use the stairs a lot. Not accessible if you can’t handle stairs. No parking is limited to drop off in the street. No breakfast buffet. Great beach access and restaurants close by.

We booked 2 rooms and neither were the type of room that we had booked. No pool view and no bathtub.

This property only had one elevator working you had to lug your luggage up stairs to get to the elevator.. they elevators were tiny and the stair spelled like roach spray..

Location close the beach and Price was great. There was no staff available lot of time. The elevator was very old and took too long.

I was very dissatisfied the room wasn’t clean and they didn’t come clean finally I ask could I at least get clean towels the maids were rude when I asked would the clean and the guy at the front desk was rude as well I won’t be staying there again I didn’t like nothing about the stay

Overall the hotel staff and decor are lovely, but the rooms are very small and the pillows are terrible. Its location is excellent for the beach and there are plenty of food options close by. Especially recommend the pizza from Piola located off of the hotel reception area.
