Location was great. A block from the beach and close to many other greaet hotels, including the FAENA district. The 1950s remix theme was super cute and fun. Staff was knowledgeable. The $15 credit toward food was a nice touch. The curtains in my room did NOT close at all. There were only transparent shades, which did NOT block the sun at all. Once the sun rose, light poured in and we woke up a lot earlier than we wanted to. This was NOT fun. Also, the pool was kind of meh. The restaurant inside the hotel was convenient, but expesnive ($32 for a coffe, tea, and bottle of water) and did not have much in the way of gluten free options, which I needed.

The price was very good, the place was cute and I liked the decoration.

Location, good size room, friendly staff. Poor view. Overlooking dirty roofs. For guests like myself, who has been at this place several times, it was disappointing.

I would recommended for a quick brief trip not a long trip but it’s def a good bargain for your buck

There was no self-parking, so I was forced to use valet parking, which cost $56 for just 18 hours. The elevator was broken during our stay, making it even more inconvenient. The room was missing basic amenities like a microwave, which is especially important when traveling with a baby. They also didn’t provide a crib or Pack ‘n Play, making our stay much more difficult. To make matters worse, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The housekeeping staff could not communicate in English, and my interaction with one of the cleaning staff was very rude. Breakfast was not included and came with an additional surcharge, which was disappointing considering the overall quality of the hotel. Another major issue is that they do not allow check-in after 2:00 AM, which can be a serious problem for travelers with delayed flights or late arrivals. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There are several nearby hotels that are less expensive and offer much better amenities and service. I would not stay here again.

The room was nice and comfortable. During our stay only one elevator worked and the ice machine on the first floor was the only one working.

We got bike on rent to explore the beach and boardwalk. Clean and very compact room pretty close to the beach.

Front desk staff was great. Housekeeping excellent.
