Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa

Good

5 Star Hotels don't have these issue. I'd give it 3.5 Star at best.

The Andaz resort was very clean with professional staff. My husband and I enjoyed the retro glam decor and vibe. The food was delicious especially beef tartare.

Great location and beautiful grounds the staff was very helpful specially Eric with our luggage and let us know about our room which was beautiful with panoramic ocean views The only complaint was the curtains not easy to open & we’re not installed properly Very easy to walk around the area felt secured

Me encantó la decoración del hotel minimalista limpia y organizada el personal muy amable la verdad pienso volver a hospedarme en este hotel porque me pareció magnífico cumplió con tomadas mis expectativas 👌

great!

Cozy hotel, nice size bathroom, pool area was great. The The staff was friendly and helpful as I walked with a walker and they showed me where to go as the elevators were confusing to use. I came for a wedding and it was fun to hang out with my relatives and friends. The small closet and room.As I mentioned, I walk with a walker so it was a little hard to maneuver around the room. It's a lovely hotel, the restaurant was nice, service was a little slow, could use some improvement.

Very nice place

Love the morning yoga on the roof overlooking the beach.

Amazing. I can’t rave more about this location. Staff, location, decor, attention, attractions and food!, All sooo good. If you are trying to select from the million hotels and resorts on Miami please choose Andaz.

No nos gustó para nada, muy feo la entrada nada de diversión la comida fea y restaurante no de mi agrado, muy cara la noche y no tiene ninguna atracción más que la playa

Exceptional

Great stay

The hotel is very nice and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Nice property.

Beach proximity excellent. Pools were adequate. The complementary loungers for the beach were perfect for us. The only small disappointment were the evening cocktails where you are paying over $20 for one and we got a very small glass and amount.

Exceptional

Customer service from Oscar and all the rest of the staff was incredible!

Very good

The valet parking charge was higher than previously communicated. It was supposed to be 55, which is already expensive, but the charge was 58 for the first day. The final breakdown of the bill was very confusing. I could not quite figure it out.
