Cons: The water had A LOT of Sargassum, so we didn’t go swimming. You should head to South beach, as there was hardly any there.

We had such a wonderful stay! The resort was beautiful, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What really stood out was how welcoming everyone made us feel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. You could tell they genuinely cared about making our experience special. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

The only issue we had with our room was the size of the room. Our room was King bed which was a little bit small without table. I think next time we should reserve a different room with more space.

Very accommodating staff!

We had an excellent experience at our recent stay at Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa. The friendly and helpful staff, the spacious and clean room and close proximity to the beach and great restaurants made the vacation a memorable one.

Highly recommend this hotel, gr8 location, clean rooms, amazing staff, nothing was an issue, pool and beach staff where amazing, “yaro” was amzing and friendly pool manager, highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing experience

Lo único que no me no me gustó es que después de haber pagado el hospedaje en gastos extras, nos cobraron el Resort fee , y la tarifa del parqueo Overnight casi pagué de extras lo mismo que la tarifa del room

Design, food, and location are great, Staff is amazing, rooms are a pinch small since it’s a historical property.

I didn’t have the best experience with my overall stay. The resort asks you to put a ridiculous cover charge just to claim your room. Had I known about the resort fees I would not have booked and I may never book with Expedia again. Transparency should be a booking company number priority to its customers.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were extremely clean and up to date. The hotel scent was lovely as well. From check in to check out the staff made my experience a memorable one.

Rooms are clean, however they could be more spacious, rather small for US standards. There is for instance not enough space for luggage and wardrobe is very small as well. Consider 60$ / night extra for parking (valet).

Just stayed one night after a cruise to extend vacation. We were greeted when we got there, guided to the check in desk. Our friends traveling with us were informed of the amenities but we were not. We went to our rooms, they are very nice. Unfortunately our window looked out over a small roof. We couldn’t see anything else. We met them in the restaurant as they got a table for us. When we set down the waitress took our orders. They ordered food but we were just wanting water and a drink menu. She brought us water and their food and never came back. I eventually walked up to the bar to order a Bloody Mary. Another gal helped us. Our waitress walked up and actually asked if I had a table and who our waitress was. I told her she was and where I was sitting. Again she said I was mistaken. Then she realized who I was. Not a good impression. Later we went to get a latte. The lady working inside was not very friendly either but the lattes were great. The rest of the stay was great. It’s gorgeous, the pool is very nice, the attendants made it even better. Great access to the beach. The mattress was so comfortable. The Byredo products in the shower were AMAZING, I even ordered them. I really loved the room and it’s a great place but unfortunately not sure that we would stay again. I do feel like it’s a great stay for the price but our experience just was not what was expected.

Kind team and professional

Check in is on 2nd floor so it’s a bit inconvenient, coffee machine was broken air conditioner was weak basically a cheap renovation on a old property

Excellent place to stay , although we had non purposeful incident but was dealt with professionally
