Miami was such a great experience it was my 3rd time staying here! The atmosphere was vibrant, the views were beautiful, and there was always something exciting to do. From the food to the energy of the city, every moment felt memorable. Definitely a week well spent, and I can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel was excellent the staff was really nice and accommodating, making our stay here amazing. Alongside that the pool was top tier and the beach was enjoyable. This is a great hotel to come to in order to enjoy quality time with family. Definitely would recommend for you to visit.

Clean rooms and great staff! Location is excellent.

The staff were very kind and very welcoming however I paid for an ocean front view room and received a room with a huge obstructed tree and due to them being fully booked they could not accommodate me into another room that was very upsetting because I did pay extra for this kind of room. I will not book at this location because of this

To make matters worse, the cleanliness was unacceptable. There were multiple dead bugs in the room, including one that was literally stuck to the back of a pillow. The mini fridge barely worked, was warm instead of cold, and had a strong mildew smell. When I went back to the front desk and requested the room I originally paid for, I was told it “wasn’t available.” That makes absolutely no sense. If I booked and prepaid for that specific room, why was it given to someone else? At no point before arrival was I informed that my reservation couldn’t be honored. For the amount of money this hotel charges, I expected much better. Between not receiving the room I reserved, the cleanliness issues, and the poor handling of the situation, this stay fell far below expectations. I won’t be returning, and I would encourage others to think twice before booking here.

Outside my ocean front view but in reality I was facing the pool overlooking far away the ocean and with a walker and wheelchair the bathrooms were not fit for the people staying in that room . Phone was not working in the room and a strange sound over bearing the hotel due to possible generators or air conditioner, made unbearable every night. Rooms must be upgraded the bar everything was hot and just takes up space. The machine I didn't know how to operate it. No towels or fixing beds after light was turned on.Construction next to hotel no good.

Pool is amazing and so is the beach.

Terrible staying they took the deposit from my card and they’re didn’t give it back till now

Overall, the hotel was well maintained, but there were a couple of maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom fan was not working, and the safe had a low battery warning. We reported both issues on the first day, but they were not fixed during our stay. I also wanted to mention the breakfast. We booked a hotel package that included continental breakfast. It included cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cheese, and ham. Hot items, such as eggs, sausages, pancakes, or waffles, were available for an additional charge. The beach and beach service were good, although umbrellas also came at an extra cost.

The room.was comfortable and the large walk in shower/bathroom was so much better than a traditional cramped hotel bathroom.

Just overrated the staff use to go over and beyond

The hotel has a great location right on the beach with nice, very clean swimming pools. The rooms are small with low ceilings looked renovated with new flooring and decor. I didn't like the mini-bar in the rooms, where everything including the coffee maker and glasses is weighted. There's a small sign behind it stating that if you lift anything for 45 seconds, you will be charged for it. I understand alcohol could be an extra charge, but glasses, coffee maker and coffee? Also, on Expedia, it showed two queen beds and a chaise lounge chair, which I liked so I could sit and read instead of sitting on the bed. I was advised that all rooms with two queen beds come without a couch, only rooms with one king-size bed have a couch. Also only two free outdoor beach chairs and towels per room. If you have a family of four, you need to pay for additional items. Umbrellas and beach chair canopies are an extra charge too,plus resort fee $51

Lovely hotel with dual pools (adult and family), close access to beach. Excellent service and good food.

The property was amazing !! Staff was super helpful and the beach area was to die for!! Our view of the ocean from our room was amazing.. they also have 2 beautiful pools and an amazing resturant

Very nice and sweet hotel

The closet door in the room couldn’t open all of the way because it butted up to the main entry door which was a bit frustrating but overall we had a wonderful stay!!

“5 star” yea right I’ll say 3.5! Someone else panties was on my balcony when I arrived in my room, staff was “nice nasty” and over charge for simple stuff, so many misleading things dealing with that hotel. Over priced and not worth it! Fine somewhere else! The door men was amazing though! Love them!
