The huge con was there a lot a cockroaches and despite the front desk told me that they are working on that, throughout my two weeks stays we were living with this problem. The cockroaches were not only in the lobby and around but in our room as well. Hate that

Nothing it was the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Staff (Josiah) is friendly and helpful. Location is great. Very convenient.

The room was ok but there were no front desk services. Mostly run by self service. Did not cleaned room or toilet in between the consecutive nights stays.

Younger man at front desk almost positive his name was Omar, he deserves a raise went about and beyond and made are trip so much smoother and an easier process getting checked in and checked out, great place to stay for a trip everything is in walking distance or just rent some bikes only problem I had was parking so yeah just get some electric bikes and definitely check this place out sometime.

Very bad stay and very bad facilities! The room was having mold and dampness! I got sick after staying there! My whole trip got ruined! Please be careful! Room was having mold and dampness all over! The location of the property is the only thing good about this hotel. The front desk guy was nice and tried to be helpful. Multiple things: -The employees were eating on the hallway and on the front desk. -The property was not properly clean, they only have one cleaning lady for the whole hotel (as we were told by the man in the front desk); and by the looks of it, she was not very experienced for hotel standards. -When we did get room service, our trash was not taken out. The roaches were not cleaned out. We also asked for the futton bed to be dressed because we weren’t given an extra pair of sheets, and the staff dresses a part of the couch and not the futton. -There were bugs and roaches on the hallway, and in our bathroom. -There is a strong, humid odor on the carpet and sofa, although they had dehumidifiers in each room, the smell stayed the same or got worse. -The sofa/futton was very dirty on the inside and outside. -The restaurant bathroom is on the second floor alongside the rooms, often having long lines of people in the hallway waiting for the bathroom. This hotel is not fit to house guests, it is not well maintained at all and the photos on the internet are misleading.

The zone where is located The smell of the lobby, the room it wasn’t clean, the pillows and sheets covers were dirty and with hairs, we mention to the staff, they told us manager gonna rich us later and after a month they didn’t contact us.

I was especially pleased with the service provided by Josiah. He was very attentive, always available through WhatsApp, and extremely accommodating with my check-in and check-out schedule, which made my stay much more convenient. The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It's within walking distance of Lincoln Road, close to CVS, supermarkets, restaurants, and the free Miami Beach Trolley, making it easy to explore both the north and south areas of the city. The beach is also just a short walk away. The hotel does not have a pool, but for me the excellent location and service more than made up for it. The only downside was that the air conditioner was quite noisy, and because of the humidity, a dehumidifier was needed in the room. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Very beautiful place but the room was ok. I didn’t know we were never going to get housekeeping for our whole 1 week stay but the staff at the front desk were very nice, kind and helpful I loved that I only walked for 3min to get to the beach, and there are everything within the walking distance. I give it a 7/10

My stay at Venezia was great. I booked a double room where three people stayed. The location was convenient and close to the beach. Josiah was super helpful from the front desk. If we had any concerns he was quick to respond and worked on it. Everything went well. Will be returning!
