Very good location and we found ample metered street parking in the general area. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Clean rooms staff was helpful nice pool area the food used to be great sub par now no flavor drinks are also sub par over priced no flavor the bar tender is rude.

Worst experience with a hotel as soon as we checked in they told us that our room was not available so they send us to a worst one star hotel that was even worse than theirs. I was charged twice for the hotel fees and they didn’t even warn us didn’t even send us an email to let us know that there was a cancellation they didn’t even pay for our transportation to the other hotel.

The restaurant and bar exceeded my expectations. Great location too! At glance, my room was excellent. But there may have been mold in the room’s air vent. I developed sneezing attacks and a bad runny nose that didn’t stop until I got to the airport.

My only gripe - and it is a little one - is that the coffee was only available between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the morning. That seems like a very short amount of time and too early for many.

The hotel was modern and the restaurant was amazing! The bed was a little hard to get used to but still nice! The a/c was a little difficult to work. The TV only had a few channels.

I loved this hotel. Bed was comfy, shower had great water pressure, AC worked great and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Croydon Hotel. The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, I especially liked the quiet atmosphere and the easy access to Miami Beach. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. The service was not very good, and the breakfast was limited to only three choices. The eggs were cold. I also paid a $100 security deposit, but I only received $80 back. Overall, I expected better service and a better breakfast experience.

Was not told the ac would be out on the floor that they gave us. Galway’s were hot and the room was muggy.

However, the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and wonderful people.

This was my 4th stay at Croydon and I do love this hotel. It's so convenient to everything and the rooms are great. Food at The Tavern is always delicious - I had the best shrimp pasta I've ever had! I do wish the small coffee/juice bar in the lobby was functioning; or it was being used in some way other than for luggage storage :/ I remember when it was operating. The guest bathroom in the lobby needs updating as well. I also wish the yoga/meditation room had classes. I got a massage which was very good! I wish parking was an option, but it's great that Garage 6 is walkable and great pricing. Pool is nice, though I didn't use it on this trip. Great beach access. I will always pick Croydon when in North Beach.
