Then when we requested late check out (12 noon instead of 11am) we were told yes at check in since they messed up our 2 room reservations but then in the morning the very cold and rude front desk lady told us late check out was unavailable even though the man from the evening before said he did it. And no manager was on site. They also promised us that a manager would get in touch with us, and of course they did not. Windows in my room were so dirty you could barely see out of them, you couldn't adjust the AC and my room was hot, the water from the shower leaks our from the door and goes everywhere and lastly my toilet wouldn't flush half the time and I had to keep opening the back tank to manually make it flush. Only good part of this hotel was it's proximity to the beach and the breakfast scramble was good

Cute boutique hotel, staff was friendly & helpful. Very close to the beach & loved having The Tavern attached.

This is our second time here and we have no complaints. My only tip would be NOT to have the room, (103), or any room near the elevators. It’s very loud.

I stayed for one night in early June. The hotel was perfect for my needs. It was comfortable and clean. I wish my stay was longer but I know I’ll be back.

Enjoyed the Stay from walking in to the early Am and Pm Rooftop visit . Hotel staff very friendly and prompt. Clean pool area. Quiet hotel area. Room upgrade a plus . Definitely will return .

Our tv was not working right. Asked for tissues & never got. One elevator was not working the entire stay, making it very challenging getting to our room on the 7th floor.

- Penthouse room was very spacious, had a fridge and freezer, and a small living room. There was also a balcony with the penthouse that had outdoor furniture and a view of the ocean. Really cool room. - Short walk to the beach - Free beach towels and chairs Nothing, everything was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back!

This is my third time staying here and everything about this quaint little place is just adorable! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect!

Highly recommend this hotel! Very cute, great location and a bar/restaurant on site. Close enough to South Beach but also in a more quiet area. Plenty of stuff to do within walking distance too and just a block from the beach. My only critique is the parking situation. There’s no parking on site or a valet, so we had to park in a garage that was a 10 minute walk away. We made it work!

The next morning we spoke with the manager and she acknowledged they were short staffed and experiencing ac issues building wide. That’s why our 4th floor room overlooking the pool, and all the other rooms on that floor, have large portable ac units permenantly piping out of the open duct taped windows. They offered us a $100 resort fee refund and followed through. Truth be told, there should have never been a resort fee. The pool was not crystal blue. We were not able to sit at the bar the afternoon of our second day because it was reserved for a private party. Later that evening a fire truck arrived after a customer in a party near us had been over served. Does that sound like a four star hotel with a resort fee to you?

Great find in a quieter part of Miami Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Tavern restaurant connected to the hotel is charming and the food was great. Rainy weather prevented us from using the pool, but it was a really cute space. Definitely recommend!
