Muy buen trato de todo todo el personal, la piscina súper limpia, un ambiente que permitía relajarse y pasarla bien. El único problema fue que el aire en la habitación parace no funcionaba muy bien , pues no enfriaba lo suficiente, pero eso no fue impedimento para pasarlo genial

I flew to Miami and booked Radisson for the first time and to my surprise this hotel does not match with the pictures, it was not as clean as I had hoped. I definitely will not be booking with Radisson again in Miami. I was not happy with several things at this hotel; one being the shower pressure was very very low with lukewarm water, no alarm clock, blankets were paper thin, as well as the walls so you can expect to hear other people staying around you. The staff was also not too friendly. I booked a full pool view/ocean view and was given a view off to the side, when asked if we can change the room we were denied and they said the hotel was fully booked when we knew that was not the case because rooms were available online. We also did valet, be sure to tip the valet guys because if you don't they take a very long time to bring your car out. I give this hotel a 3 star rating.

Loved how close the beach was. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The pool was very nice. For the price I felt like since there were 4 of us 4 towels in room every day and at pool would have been nice. And the maids did not sweep the floor of our room when cleaning it. I felt the breakfast was wayyy too expensive. You can go to a regular hotel and get the same breakfast for free you just have to eat on paper plates instead of real dishes. But no other complaints.

I love the stay at Radisson Hotel! The room, the view from the balcony, the restaurants and the pool area and the beach! For a family trip was an incredible place!

Loved staying here and will be returning every time I come to Miami. The room was so clean and had such an amazing view of the beach. The access to the beach was so easy to get to. The staff were so nice and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

The only downside has consistently been the restaurant. Service tends to be slow, and the food quality has not been great, so we usually choose to eat elsewhere. Overall, the hotel is very affordable for what you get, and we continue to enjoy staying there.

it is a very good property but it is aging and is need of upkeep.

Overall good stay. Rooms are a little dated. TV only got local channels. Stayed on the 9th floor and the banisters are in need of repair. Children were unsupervised by parents.

Don't trust the pictures online property is okay but very misleading. Does not offer a lot of choices and a bit pricy. Rooms were nice and clean.
