This hotel is a good spot, but is in need of some maintance and a good cleaning. Our room was ok, but the tv in the bedroom didnt work, neither did the bathtub. Our view was overlooking the bar rooftop, which was covered in trash. The resort fee includes beach chairs, but they put them away at five, even though checkin is at four. The bright spot was the pool, which was rather large for Miami Beach. Next time I would pass this hotel, and stay a couple hotels north for the extra money.

Floor was dirty and full of sands! Shower water leaks and dripping make noise overnight! The staff didn’t help and get refund

The hotel refused my company PCard because it had the business name instead of my legal name. It does not seem to be a practical policy for a hotel adjacent to a large conference center used by businesses. This lengthened the check-in process and made for an even longer day of travel. The elevator license is expired and there are several parts of each elevator car in disrepair. The proximity to the beach is great. I would consider staying here again, but it would not be the first on my list.

Great I always come and stay there when I come to Miami The property is still beautiful, but they added on breakfast so that was like 30 some dollars but I was gave a complementary one so yeah that was nice but it’s not worth $35

I am satisfied with my stay. It was a convenient location, a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Property, pool and beach area were clean and well maintained. I do wish the restaurant had more food options

Poor internet connection. I stayed two different times and both times I couldn’t connect to wifi.
