Perfect experience

Loved it

Restaurant was awful. My colleague sent back over easy eggs twice and gave up… literally floating in water. Buffet was less than basic for that level hotel… way overpriced. Room was clean and fine. Location was ideal. Decided I will find elsewhere for my annual trip there. .

The seaweed was an issue on the trip. Had to take a cab to south beach to use the beach.

Love the hotel on the beach. The swimming pool is very nice. There are bicycles that it’s free to borrow from the resort for the first 90 minutes. There is a nice path in the back of the resort that it’s perfect for cycling. The resort is close to the trolly stop. I would recommend this resort.

This hotel is one of the greatest values on the beach. Great location

I chose this hotel because it is located directly on the beach. Unfortunately, the beaches were covered with algae all the way down to South Pointe, which was very disappointing. Aside from that, I had an excellent stay.

We had ants in our room and they moved us into a smaller room. We had the inconvenience of having to pack our belongings and move back to the original room a day later because my family size was too large for the new room

My only complaint was the wifi. It never stayed connected in the hotel for some reasons, but other then that, I enjoyed my stay.

Okay hotel with a pretty spacious pool. The atmosphere was chill and we were able to relax. The room was okay too.

The pool didn't seem like it was clean. The walls were extremely thin. You could hear everything from the ajointing rooms.The hotel does not really have high floors so it is not worth paying for the high floor rooms. Staff was very nice. My ice machine on the 7th floor did not work. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Kid friendly.

This hotel used to be one of my favorite, I stayed couple times there un the past . BUT THIS TIME I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED THE PIOOL WAS SO DIRTY LOOKS LIKE THEY DIDNT WASH IT IN YEARS .. Was green all around. The rooms needs some serious updated the rugs are super dirty stains all over .. bathrooms needs to be scrub … was so bad the whole grounds needs some serious update and. Some powerwashed

Clean and easy access to beach

The elevators inside were broken only one works that is the size of cardboard box. The parking situation was terrible they don’t park trucks but will park tahoes and suburban. Along with the parking garage they across from them for guest the elevators were broken and the floor guest can park on is 3rd and up. Every day had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs.
