Radisson Resort Miami Beach

Good location. Renovated rooms. Dated facilities. Music too loud in pool deck. Unfriendly and highly incompetent staff.

The rooms could have been cleaned a little better, and the building is somewhat outdated. The beach chairs and umbrellas could also use an upgrade. Overall, though, it’s not a bad place for the price we paid

Very nice clean and nice Hotel.

The beach is at the back of the property. It’s very clean. Unfortunately, I went in August so I was unable to go into the sea. There was too much seaweed ☹️ I never got to use the beach chairs and umbrella even though l paid the daily resort fee. The chairs don’t get put out until later l, like around 10am but I went to the beach at 7/8am each morning to beat the Miami heat. Overall I would give this property a passing grade. I would go back.

The hotel was great for the location and price. Room was comfortable and loved ending the day at pool was great. We did get beach chairs and an umbrella with our booking for the beach. I would stay here again.

Good location drinks food good close to the beach

Was alright Somehow forgot to put my kids name on the booking but when I sign in I mention I was with my kids that’s why I want 2 beds . 3 of us, the morning, they told me my kids aren’t allowed for breakfast. Spoke to the receptionist, 1 was so rude , they didn’t want to, when I pay for a queen size room. Very embarrassing. Wasn’t happy with the service at all

On one occasion, our room wasn't cleaned; we returned after lunch to find it still untidy. When we asked at reception to have it cleaned, they responded quickly. Well done.

Great and affordable place to stay with a great staff

This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good because of the 7.1 rating, but after staying here I really think it deserves a higher score. Everyone was super nice and friendly, from the front desk staff to the people at the restaurant, bar, pool, and housekeeping. The rooms and the hotel in general are very nice, modern, and clean. I paid for breakfast at the restaurant and the buffet was $30 with a really good variety of food, but you can also order from the regular breakfast menu. The restaurant is open all day from breakfast until 10 PM, which was very convenient. I really loved the pool area, just keep in mind that the pool is not shallow, so if you’re going with kids I recommend bringing life jackets or floaties. One small suggestion for the hotel would be to add some music in the pool area, even at a low volume, because I think it would make the atmosphere even better. Parking is $55 per day. Overall, I had a really good experience and enjoyed everything about my stay. I would definitely come back! N/A
