nice place a little overrated for place and they will charge you for every little thing and automatic 20 percent gratuity. if you want a cup of coffee in the morning plan on paying 8 dollars, no machine in room or complimentary in lobby. for the price and then resort fee added more should be included

Everything was great. The one issue was the sensors in the mini bar which ended up charging me for drinks that i never used even though i brought it to the attention of the front desk twice. Really stupid setup, and very untrustworthy way to scam guests.

I usually only stay at the Eden Roc but decided to give fontaine bleu a chance this time. I have travelled to so many properties my whole life this was by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced. When we entered the room there was feces stains that had dripped down the toilet bowl. I immediately called housekeeping to alert them. They said someone would come to clean it. But 4 hours later noone had come and I was still unable to use my toilet. We had to call two more times to finally have someone come to clean the bathroom. The resort rooms do not come with a coffee station or coffee which is a first. The rooms are dirty and old. We had lunch at Cote our napkins came stained allover with large yellow stains. There is clearly no proper management and oversight. Then we checked out they charged us an absurd amount that does not match the amount that was due. We called the number but the only way to get in contact with anyone is through a billing dispute. The person on the phone wasn’t even able to explain the charge to me. I wasn’t even able to hear them clearly and when I asked if there was another way they contact someone who could help they could not provide me with anything. Please avoid the headache and ruined trip. Go anywhere but here.

Great location for a quiet beach holiday. All rooms in the Versaille Tower overlook a large 8 turbine air conditioning system which is really loud! We were on a high floor and could still hear it, so asked to be moved.
