El peor hotel que he ido en mi vida no lo recomiendo

1) No complimentary water bottles or coffee/tea kettle in the room. There is a mini bar in the room, but it is full and you cannot store a drink of your own there, or you will be charged. A liter of Evian bottle is 12$, and the same bottle at the MIA airport was 7$, which as you know, airports are known to be expensive places. But still cheaper than this hotel’s in-room price for a bottle of water. 2) When you go to the beach, they give you a chair and a towel, but if you want an umbrella, it is 38$ to rent. 3) Lapis spa. I had a mani & pedi appointment, and in the price, the 20% gratuity is included. But once you are done and want to leave the spa, they ask you for a tip, saying “oh that 20% is just distributed among the entire staff, doesn’t fully go to the person who served you”. I have never seen 20% gratuity to be included and still be asked for a tip. Then, the spa amenities suck. Usually, it costs 100$ to enter to this spa, even when you are the hotel guest. But as I was already getting a service there, I paid 50$ to enter and use the spa amenities (jacuzzi, steam room & a thermal pool). Very few facilities and not worth the money at all. I’ve been to many nice spas such as QC in NYC, and Lapis spa is undeservingly overpriced. Also, I found the famous LIV club at the hotel to be very vulgar (it can be due to my European background that this club wasn’t what I expected).

We had a wonderful stay at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful very clean impeccable service
-
The only downsides were that the pool closed at 7:00 p.m. We arrived around 6:00 p.m. and were disappointed because we expected it to stay open until at least 10:00 p.m., so we barely had any time to enjoy it. We also had trouble accessing the TV. To watch Netflix, we had to scan a QR code, but it never connected properly, so we weren’t able to use the streaming services. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated how well the property was kept.
