Fontainebleau Miami Beach

When we come to Miami, this is one of our favorite hotels we book.

Great we only stay one night. Everything is literally perfect there. It was my second time staying at this hotel. My flight was late the next day after checkout and kept being delayed they accommodated me as if I was still a guest.

If you’re a family don’t come here. The toddler swim areas have been removed and construction is ongoing for a waterpark that wont be finished for months. They charge a fee to remove the alcohol and minibar items which are in plain sight and easily accessible to kids. The rooms have no fridges so if you have milk for a baby you will need to rent one for 60/day. The carpet in the room is old and had a smell. The valet wont take your car if you don't have a physical key so be prepared to park two blocks away and walk back and forth every day. If I knew all this I absolutely would have not stayed here. The beach was the only highlight. Didn’t have any problems with staff issues were mainly the hotel and policies.

$100 for overnight parking i think thats pure stealing and robbery is just way to much this will be my last time going there because off that

Some construction going on but didn’t bother us. Very expensive to stay on property but you are in Miami.

Our room was so clean everyday thanks to Yannick. She was lovely and caring. I will come back this hotel because of Yannick. Please give her a raise.

They charged me $583 for no reason and them blamed it on there system. Saying they don’t know why the system does that and there working on fixing it!

The room was cool....but the restroom is small. Its like the holiday inn with good sheets and a good view.

Room was very clean and nice. Balcony overlooking ocean. Staff were nice. Hot tub was nice too in bathroom.. its a bit far to walk anywhere which was hard. The beach was full of seaweed. Preferred the pool. Restaurants very expensive in hotel. Do not think I would return.

Everything was excellent we had a wonderful experience ❤️.

Taxes on taxes on taxes. They had construction going in throughout our stay and it was horrible! We didn’t know otherwise we would of went somewhere else!

EN la piscina muy mala la atención y mucha discriminación por solo hablar de español. Solo 1 piscina funcionando .. necesitar dar un reembolso por esa motivo: k el hotel está en construcción

2 out of 4 pools closed, have construction work going on all day. Was not advised of this before I arrived. Ocean view room with the beds facing away from the ocean. Rooms unclean, grim around sink and shower door, dust around every skirting board, bathroom light switches dirty, windows dirty, corridor carpets dirty. 4 night stay room serviced once. Had to ask for clean towels. Main pool had drain covers protruding from the floor, my son cut both feet on them. But beds clean and extremely comfortable

Was lil upset with paying lil extra for balcony and then getting placed in a room with no view besides white roof. In between two buildings when the hotel was not busy at all I had a lot of vacancy and they choose to give you the worst room possible not to mind the $200 a day deposit for each day which is very unnecessary and very outrageous especially for a hotel that seems very outdated.most likey will look for better place to stay or try something. New I been here few times. But was not happy this time

The customer service was excellent and the dining experience was exceptional.

The staff were outstanding! The ambience was great especially the pictures of the Rat Pack in the walkway. Amenities are pricey. The restaurants are great. The pools are beautiful and I great place to spend the day. The history of the Fountainbleau makes it a great stay.

Clean room and convenient location. Beach access. Lots of dining options.

Very expensive. Way better properties available in the area.

It was a beautiful hotel the restaurants were beautiful the pool the people I really loved this hotel it is highly recommended.
