First we loved our stay we will be back

When I arrived at room the toilet had poop on it. Reported the issue to staff and they stated someone could come next day to clean. My room wasn’t cleaned for 2 of the 5 days I was there.

It needs heavy investment and a brand purpose. And to makes things more ridiculous, the pool closes at 7pm. Can anyone believe that? The sun is still up for an hour or two and you guys close the pool at 7pm? Literally pushing people out of the pool area. I will never return.

I was very disappointed. I paid for valet parking and wanted some for me to leave they can they couldn’t find my keys, which causes me to be late and a lot of things that I needed to do. It was my girlfriend birthday and put me behind. Put more stress on me extended the vehicle with more days I had to go to a different hotel because i had to catch a uber spending too much money.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was great…pool service was slow but overall very nice!

What wasn't part of the construction was the ***5 AM tree maintenance with VERY loud gas powered chain saws.*** We were on vacation and this was a very rude awaking that didn't stop until past 8 AM.

Hotel was great and pool staff like Melina, Mora, English, Kyle, Guy and Sam were amazing. Christopher at front desk was so kind when we checked in and out. Can’t wait to comeback again.
