Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

The positive part was the room. It was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job, cleaning twice a day. That’s honestly the main reason I’m giving 2 stars. I booked a Junior Suite and was surprised there was no usable refrigerator. The only fridge was stocked with minibar items, so you basically can’t use it for your own drinks or food. Also, the pools and beach are shared with Eden Roc. You can pay around $300 a night at Nobu while someone paying around $100 at Eden Roc can use the same pools, beach, and facilities. It definitely doesn’t feel like a premium or exclusive experience. The pool service was the biggest disappointment. Some staff were rude and not helpful. A 20% gratuity is already automatically added, but you still feel pressured to tip more. I normally tip 20% and have no problem tipping for good service, but here the service didn’t match the expectation. Even getting towels or basic assistance was difficult while some staff were listening to music and guests were helping themselves. Clean room and great housekeeping, but for the price and Nobu name, I expected much better.

I can't wait to come back with my family. Beach, pool, and spaces for kids. A great atmosphere for dining while looking out at the sea. I love this.

However, interacted with some unpleasant door and valet attendants.

We had a fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel! The entire property was exceptionally clean and fresh, with a subtle, wonderful signature scent throughout that made it feel instantly luxurious. The amenities were top-notch and added so much comfort to our stay. Highly recommend!

I quite enjoyed the space of the property and proximity to other things in South Beach. Staff was quick to get things done, I would stay here again.

I stayes at Nobu Miami for a solo trip. The property is beautiful, the Rooms are clean , smell amazing and they are gorgeous and very chic. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I would choose Nobu over and Over for a miami stay. 10/10.

Starting with the positives, the standard king room was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The minibar was fully stocked, and the room itself definitely met my expectations for a luxury hotel. My only complaint about the room was that there was only **one full-length mirror**, and it was located inside the bathroom. For a luxury hotel, especially one that attracts guests getting ready for dinners and nights out in Miami, I expected at least one full-body mirror in the main room. The hotel shares its lobby and amenities with Eden Roc, which has more of an older resort feel. While I enjoyed the ambiance, I found the pool area and amenities to be a bit underwhelming for the Nobu brand. There were two pools and a jacuzzi. The main pool was lively and family-friendly with lots of kids, which wasn't an issue. There was also an adults-only pool overlooking the beach, but unfortunately the water was noticeably cloudy, so I chose not to get in. Service at the pool also left something to be desired. It took about 45 minutes for our waitress to bring two bottles of water. To the hotel's credit, a manager came by, apologized, explained they were experiencing technical issues, and offered to remove some items from our bill, which we genuinely appreciated. I liked it all except the adult Nobu (only) pool had people from other hotels so it was tough getting a desirable lounge chair (at times)….

Hotel is rated 5 star but appearance and service are for 3 star. Front door staff not help, front doors are dirty, hallway and room carpet isn’t appealing, hallways are too dark. Bell staff didn’t offer to take our luggage, no open opened the door upon arrival as done at 5 star hotels.

Nobu Hotel is our ultimate home away from home in Miami. The Mid-Beach location is ideal—peaceful and away from the heavy crowds, but close to all the action. We absolutely love the blend of serene Japanese design, world-class food, and classic Miami style. What makes this place truly legendary is the staff. Year after year (it's been almost 10 years), they welcome my husband and me with genuine warmth and unpretentious, flawless service. We cannot recommend it highly enough and are already planning our next stay!
