The entire team at Nobu was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. A special thank you to Sean for upgrading me to an amazing room on the 14th floor and for surprising me with a birthday cake the following day. it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my celebration even more memorable. The hotel is so large that I didn't have the chance to enjoy all of the facilities, but everything I did experience was exceptional. I'd also like to thank Joshua, Rheana, and Franca for their outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, my stay was a 10/10. The only minor downside was that my card kept being charged during my stay, which was a slight inconvenience. I also wasn't offered assistance with my luggage when leaving for my car. However, these were small issues compared to the outstanding service I received. Nobu Miami truly lived up to its reputation. It's a hidden gem, and this certainly won't be my last visit. I can't wait to return!

The hotel lost water

I’d like to formally, in writing express my gratitude and sincere appreciation for the courteous and elegant treatment that my love Rakela and I received this past weekend at your two hotels. A water pipe breaking and shutting down your hotel on a World Cup Internationally fully booked weekend is as bad as it gets in hospitality. In spite of this challenging moment I’d like to thank five of your employees that I dealt with in no certain order. Solange- front desk receptionist moved us quickly in the system and stayed present, caring, classy, professional and attentive - she moved us and without us asking helped us with some of the finances of the room due to missing a birthday celebration. She also followed up with a call the next day to check on us. A tall thin Caribbean Man / very handsome slightly graying bell man who alerted us to the challenges and pre warned us to to start packing and move quickly given the gravity of the situation. Very serious and great demeanor in handling the movement of belongings. Sophia- the Sunday front desk executive who graciously obliged us with a late checkout situation - even though the mounting challenges of the prior days seemed to only cascade and continue to be challenging. She never flinched or hesitated even while the guests close by were expressing their displeasure with that situation. Neisha Valentin- an outstanding leader of her team in the face of massive adversity. She made it all happen for us and

Great place to stay in Miami

Each time we wanted to shower, we had to wait in line behind scores of other guests waiting for a temporary room to use for a shower. Despite being told there would be a key waiting at the front desk, we were required to wait in line every time as there was typically only one person, seemingly unaware of the issue, and seemingly grossly undertrained to handle every guest requiring a room for a shower. This was the least professional and efficient way to handle the situation. I stopped counting the number of excuses... Entirely unacceptable experience and a hilariously unsatisfactory offer of compensation was initially made, rejected outright and the final offer was 50% our $8,000 stay. We won't be back to this or any other Nobu Hotel property again.

We had no running water in the property for the entire stay - 48 hours. My friend was there with me and she has been offered a full refund and I haven’t been offered that.

Burst pipe led to water being switched off in the building. We were told matter would be resolved quickly. Terrible customer service. Waited over 3hrs queuing for reception who were not helpful or apologetic in the slightest. Hotel is not what you would expect from a Nobu hotel

I was really shocked when I came to this hotel. I was expecting 5-star luxury for my weekend in Miami, but it was not that. The building is very old and needs renovating. Walls peeling, furniture chipped just very run down. The front desk was old looking, not to mention we had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up to check us in. The pool area was nice and the beds in the rooms were very comfortable. However the pool staff were not really attentive at all. We had to walk around and find them to place orders. Pretty disappointed in the hotel and will not be staying again or recommending if someone is looking for a 5-star luxury hotel in Miami.

So I checked in with them on the 20th and on the 21st one the water in the room was shut off due to a busted pipe. I contacted the property and they moved me to a different room however apparently this facility is merged between 2 different brands and thats Nobu and Eden Roc. I tried to used the facilities such as the pool which I did the day prior and the staff are telling me that I cant use them because I have a Eden Roc wristband and after I explained to them of whats going on they are acting pretty ignorant and telling me they will give me an exception for this time like they are doing me a favor and they make it sound like I am lying to them. I immediately turned around and don’t want to use the facilities no more and despite the fact that I travel to Miami often and stayed with this facility before this will be the last time.

Rooms were nice and clean and it was easy tog eat places however there are zero breakfast options on weekends starting at 10:30. For a city like Miami where many wake up later and are wanting to eat brunch around that time, it surprised me that the only suggestions the front desk suggested were to do grab and go from a cafe in the hotel or to leave the property. For a hotel of this caliber, all of your restaurants should not be closed at the exact same time leaving your guests trying to figure out what to do next. In room dining even said we couldn’t order because they were “backed up”. Next time I will stay at an actual luxury hotel for a better experience

Excellent hotel and the staff are very helpful! I’ll be coming back over and over again!

Always amazing! This was our 3rd time here. The only thing that was annoying was the helpfulness of the adult Nobu pool. It took forever to get drinks we ordered. Even just the canned drinks. Several times the drinks were almost warm by the time they got to us. We will definitely be back soon!

Christopher (if I remembered his name correctly) at the front desk was especially outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and made us feel valued as guests from the moment we arrived.

Nice lobby and open feel
