Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

Adult private pool perfect. Swam every day and it was wonderful to be a few steps from the beach. Only critique is that staff were constantly in elevators with large equipment for room cleaning and outside spraying the pavement. Maybe because it's shoulder season. Love the iconic property and Nobu Bar!

I was actually known that the property is a joint share with Eden Roc. Beach is big but too much seaweed and rain season. Felt the property getting ageing. For food is relative small choice. Staffs are good by the way.

Unfortunately, my experience at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach was very disappointing and far below what I expected from a hotel of this category and price. From the moment we arrived, the service at reception was extremely poor. I was feeling unwell during check-in and politely asked whether our room could be prioritized, but the reception staff were unhelpful and, more importantly, quite rude in the way they handled the situation. Another major issue was the shower in our room, which did not provide properly hot water for four days. I reported the problem, but it was only on the day before our departure that an engineering team finally came to the room to fix it. I had reported it again in the morning, yet at around 6 PM there were still people working inside our room while we were trying to get ready to go out for dinner. I also sent the hotel an email formally explaining these issues, and I have still received no response. For a hotel carrying the Nobu name and charging premium rates, I expected a completely different level of service, attention and professionalism. The property may be beautiful, but unfortunately the service significantly affected our stay.

Place was immaculate when I walked in lobby hotel room etc… only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the spa bathroom and gym were the only snafus I ran into Bathroom was not up to standard smelled awful and wasn’t clean. A the gym needs to have someone monitoring it at all times it was way to unruly for such a small space. Other than that you will have great service of your willing to spend a lot of money.

My ocean front, king bedroom was great. The room size was perfect , the view was awesome and the A/C (65*) was amazing! Most hotels don’t allow the A/C go below a certain (too warm) temperature but Nobu did. I would definitely return. We stayed at Nobu for the relaxed atmosphere but dined at Fontainebleau a few nights for the nightlife (when desired) and variety of food choices. Ages 55/60.

An exceptional five-star experience from start to finish. Our stay at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach was truly unforgettable. The hotel was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable, with a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere that made our time in Miami feel very special. The pool facilities were outstanding and the perfect place to relax, while the food throughout our stay was exceptional. The level of service across the hotel was exactly what you would expect from a luxury five-star property — attentive, professional and welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. A very special mention has to go to Victoria from the concierge team. Her personal service was absolutely incredible and she went above and beyond throughout our stay. She took such genuine care in helping arrange my proposal and made what was already going to be one of the most important moments of our lives even more special. Her attention to detail, warmth and personal touch made the whole experience feel completely unique to us. Victoria helped make the proposal a moment that my fiancée and I will remember for the rest of our lives, and we genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. From the beautiful surroundings and fantastic facilities to the outstanding food and exceptional service, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Nobu Miami Beach will always hold a very special place in our memories, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. A truly luxurious experience and easily one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.

When we first got there, no one offered to help with the luggage, so we carried own and I had to wait for a valet to show up. Parts of the rooms were worn out and could use some attention. Overall it is a good property and I like the location. I will stay there again if my top 2 options are not available on Miami beach.
