Lexington by Hotel RL Miami Beach

I will definitely stay here again when I come to Miami. The room was comfortable, and the pool was large, well-maintained, and landscaped. The ocean access was so convenient, and the umbrella and chairs were perfect. There was a CVS on the next block to buy drinks and other supplies. The bus and trolley stop was right by the hotel.

Filthy hotel and room, no restaurant no cafe no maid service, my vacation was a nightmare I can't believe that Expedia recommended this crazy hotel so shame on this company. I will not stop talking about this horrible situation you placed me in

The shower and bathroom was very old and dirty. The beds creaked. The pool was nice and proximity to beach was great but the room was dirty. Staff was very nice. Overall, the rooms need to be remodeled

It was a great location, staff were so sweet and helpful, and very clean.

Is ok , next to the beach but they had construction on my floor outside and I couldn’t rest through the day very loud noises with machines next time will estay closer to south beach better side

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was not well kept, but it was appropriate for the price. The pool bar was only open some of the days I was there, and didn’t open until the afternoon. The shower only had a half glass wall, so water would splash onto the bathroom floor. There was also no shelving in the shower, so I had to set my toiletries on the counter of the bathroom and reach to get each of them as I used them. HOWEVER, I would stay here again due to the price & location. If you are mainly using the room for sleeping, pool, and beach… it’s fine. If you want to spend time at the hotel eating, drinking, etc. then I would look elsewhere.

I wish I could give this hotel a better review but it’s definitely lacking improvement. The hotel is in serious need of remodeling, furniture is very old, couches with tears, the door to my room was broken, difficult to close, the door handle to the restroom also broken and overall it’s just not how it’s pictured on the website. I do give them credit for having great staff! Front desk was helpful and very nice. Bartender not so much but I get it, it’s hot outside, and I think she was annoyed for asking twice for a cup of ice, also I think $21 for a Nutrl small can drink and 2 bottles of water is a little ridiculous, but it is a hotel so I should’ve known. We did get a beach view room, which was lovely, beautiful view to wake up ti. Also beach access was a plus minus the fact that we couldn’t get in the entire trip due to sargassum. Also, if you’re booking via Expedia the “resort” fee is not included. Can’t say I will stay here again in the future.

Room was clean and great air conditioning. Shower was a bit temperamental but good most of the time. Didn’t really see any staff but the outside pool area was also maintained well. Only let down was no info given on possibility of breakfast but the outside pool bar was never opened. I also contacted the hotel a few days prior to arrival to care if I could try and change one of my rooms as I was one member less coming with us. But I never received any response back yet and I’m on my way back to uk now

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com, and ongoing construction made the property feel messy and poorly maintained, especially around the pool. Getting luggage into the hotel was difficult because of the stairs, and the ramp was not easily accessible. The staff were not friendly or helpful, for example, they watched us head to the beach without mentioning we needed to pick up towels first, forcing us to walk back from the beach to get them. The only positive was the convenient beach access, but overall, the experience did not match what was advertised.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel and staff. The room was tired but clean and the in bath shower was not installed for 6ft tall people! What annoyed me was that the pool area bar and the bar and grill room were closed. We had no warning of this in advance or detailed when booked . Also it is approaching 100deg and there is no parasols to provide some shade at the pool area.
