Clean room

We booked a room for 4 people. There were 3 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged and left us standing in about 2-3 inches of water while we showered. There was no conditioner on the conditioner container. We went to the beach, we were given 1 beach towel for 4 people. We went to the pool and there were no towels available. We asked the front desk for towels. They paged housekeeping to bring our towels. The towels were damp, not even dry. The staff barely spoke. Bare minimum communication. Our room wasn’t ready, so we asked if they could hold our bags til check in. Bags were put in an unlocked room with nothing labeling our luggage as ours. When I asked how it was monitored to ensure people’s belongings weren’t stolen, their response was “there’s a camera in the room”. The pool area was not very clean. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the tv from the rooms next door louder than our own. Kids running up and down the hallway all hours of the night. There were dogs barking throughout the night and we didn’t see anywhere that said this was a pet friendly hotel. Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel! The pictures online are very deceiving.

The Staff was very helpful, professional and did a good job with our reservation due to our room was not what we expected, The Staff really accommodated us with a better room.

I have a nice weekend, the room AC was the only problem but despite that everything was ok!!!

Don’t even bother paying 45$ a night for parking! Just park!!! I paid $200 to park for 4 nights and my paid parking spot was often taken by another car that had no tag and the hotel did absolutely nothing about it!!!! Then the little security guard that refused to speak to me because I did not speak Spanish was very rude and could care less. When my husband spoke to him on Spanish he turned his back and said not his problem then began to tell another guest just done an open spot and park there nothing is reserved here! The hotel reused to reimburse my paid parking spot even though it was often taken. The hotel has a very strong scent that causes headaches! The staff is often. Or at the desk! Location is the best part about the hotel!

Air didn’t work properly. It was hot at all times. Not only in the room it was the complete hotel. Expected better from best western.

We had to change rooms- safe was broken, tv inoperable, tried to call front desk but phone wasn’t working. There was a puddle of water at the door where the AC was dripping. They upgraded us to an ocean view room. This is not the hotel’s fault, but I wish we had known about the expanse of sargassum seaweed at the ocean. Disgusting!!

Make sure is you want an ocean front hotel to look right out at the ocean you select ocean front. If you select ocean view you will not get ocean front. You will get a side or partial view of the ocean.

It right on the beach small pool but nice the pool staff was fantastic very helpful friendly

I liked that the beach is just a few feet away but my bad experience was that when I opened the curtains on the balcony door which was hard to open was that I saw people in the pool right in front of my face. I didn’t ask for pool view I asked for an ocean front room with a king size bed and if a king size room didn’t have a clear view of ocean that I would have taken a queen bed or 2 queen beds whatever had just the ocean view. I pretty sure the higher floors had a better view if just the ocean. The ocean beach was very nice the person helped us with towels and chairs and umbrella. I was pretty upset that I couldn’t sit on my balcony to watch the ocean because I had people looking at me from the pool and I looking at them Couldn’t enjoy it didn’t sit on the balcony. You can just imagine what I felt when I opened those curtains.

You cannot park here; assume they don't have parking! The little bit of parking they do have is essentially nonfunctional. God help you if you try to park anything bigger than a smart car. Everything else was just fine nothing stood out as good or bad, location is probably the highpoint.

The staff gave us ideas on where to travel in a paper packet. The beach view was great. Everyone was very friendly and nice.

The “concierge” never on his desk, though you have to coordinate with him mailing and parking; impossible if the person on charge is never at work.

Visiting from Cali, and I would not stay here again, look at the surrounding resorts instead I wish I did. Parking was terrible, we had a BMW and they gave us a compact spot next to construction. Complained multiple times about it and finally on the third night got a new spot. Kids were running throught the halls at all hours of the night our whole stay, the room bathroom had no fan or warm water (barely warm), and getting towels felt like a chore. Plus the room we had for ocean view was a joke. The ONLY two nice things was the CVS market right across the street and the beach was right behind the hotel. But still would not recommend.
