The staff are incredibly. Great location. Rooms need an upgrade

Drug den! We did say the room was unacceptable and were Upgraded To a lovely and clean room. Nothing fancy or beautiful but very comfortable. The place needs work. The quotes From famous artists throughout the property were a nice touch. Not gping back.

Incredible Service and Stay—We Will Absolutely Be Back! Our experience at The Sagamore was absolutely superb, but it would not have been what it was without Melody at the front desk. What started off as a rough beginning to our trip completely turned around because of her. She transformed the entire vacation for my family and me while we were there celebrating my daughter's birthday. Melody was simply amazing. Every single time she was in the lobby, she greeted every guest with a warm smile and a kind hello. Her attention to detail went above and beyond, even ensuring my son's bed was made without us ever having to request it.Jared, who works by the pool, also made our family's time there truly wonderful. His energy is amazing, he was incredibly nice, and the service was fast whenever we ordered drinks.Beyond the spectacular staff, the hotel itself is amazing. The amenities are great, and our room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay.We will definitely be back and will absolutely stay at this hotel again. My daughter is still talking about it! A huge thank you to Melody and Jared for their outstanding hospitality and making our stay an excellent one. In addition, the host that check this out her customer service was amazing as well. We informed her that we were headed to Fort Lauderdale to stay at another hotel and she was so kind to find places to eat.

Sure value in south beach

From the moment we arrived, the front desk regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. A special thank you to Warren, Vito, and Jamal, who went above and beyond to make our time by the pool so enjoyable; they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious enough that we ended up extending our stay by an extra night. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway!

All positive - A+++. Excellent customer service, staff are amazing and food is delicious. Excellent location.

The facilities are neglected; there is no restaurant on-site, only a coffee station. Additionally, we were forced to pay a mandatory USD $50 daily fee just for beach towels, which they call a “resort fee.” A truly depressing experience all around. To make matters worse, we went specifically for the beach, but the truth is that Miami Beach no longer exists—now it is "Sargassum Beach." A total deception.

Staff was great and hotel vibe was awesome

The biggest issue, however, was that we happened to stay during the FIFA Club World Cup, and the hotel decided to host large public viewing events whenever Argentina played. This meant that huge crowds of non-hotel guests were allowed into the pool area. The first match was in the evening, and the noise continued until around midnight, making it impossible to sleep. The second match started in the morning, and by 11:00 AM the entire pool area was occupied by event attendees. Although the hotel had sent an email notifying guests about the event in advance, they offered no alternative amenities for those who had paid to stay at the hotel but were not interested in watching soccer. I had to go to the front desk myself to ask what hotel guests were supposed to do. The front desk employee didn’t know and had to call the manager. Even the manager wasn’t sure—he mentioned there were other hotels whose pools we might be able to use but couldn’t even tell us which ones. I ended up suggesting that the hotel cover the cost of an additional beach chair and umbrella instead, and thankfully he agreed to arrange that. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. To access the beach, guests had to walk through the event area, where security wouldn’t let me pass without an event bracelet, even after I showed my room key.

The service was awful. Definitely not a resort feel for the price.

Spacious & clean rooms Amazing Staff - everyone was so helpful and friendly

This time it was a last minute stay due to a work booking and the front desk remembered me and gave me an amazing upgrade!!! So wonderful and greatly appreciated! See you guys soon— probably this weekend 😉🙏♥️

It took over an hour after our arrival for our crib to be delivered which is not ideal after a delayed flight (and I had to chase up for this). Rooms were often only cleaned by 4/5pm which is too late.

Overall wonderful stay and memorable experience ! This is our fourth stay at the Sagamore and it never disappoints. Great check in experience . The staff at the front desk gave us a wonderful room, the oceanfront suite with wonderful views , updated bathroom and living space. We also got to enjoy the FIFA soccer games playing outside the pool area . The hotel is close to the beach , restaurants, and the area feels lively . We love staying here !
