Very conveniently located next to Dadeland Mall which is amazing! The only thing that would have made it better is if breakfast was included. The buffet was 21 per person. There were quite a few options and it was great but everything was pricy. They add an 18% gratuity and service charge even if you eat in the dining room. It is additional for roomservoce.

Location was perfect for shopping next door and hotel was clean and nice staff!

The location, the staff verall, our stay was good and we enjoyed it. However, there was one issue that stood out: the smell of the bed sheets wasn’t quite right. They didn’t look dirty, but they didn’t smell fresh either, more like they hadn’t been properly cleaned. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay, and it’s the one thing we didn’t like at all.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was enjoyable for the kids. The location is perfect and the mall is a few steps away.

The floor was dirty. Our bed sheets had hair and makeup on it. The was from shower was leaking on thr floor- the hardwood was all twisted means water sits there and grows mold. The lounge was closed for a private event on a saturday.

Convenient location for our short layover as it was attached to the Dadeland mall. Clean modern hotel with friendly staff.

Awesome hotel and great staff with a top notch restaurant and bar that cannot disappoint. I won’t stay anywhere else when I go to Orlando on business. My boss traveled with me this time and it was her first stay at the Delaney. She asked me beforehand why I picked the hotel and I told her “You will see.” She is now hooked as well and loved everything mentioned above.

The room was clean, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very convenient giving location.

100% recommended
