Courtyard by Marriott Miami Dadeland

Overall good my fridge was not on though caused my food to spoil and they noted they would call to rectify and there was no follow up. I was excited about the left overs too. So it was a bummer!

No place like Marriott xxxxxxxxxxx

It’s been a long time since I’ve met hotel staff as kind and hospitable as this staff was. I’ve been telling everyone who will listen just how amazing they were. We were going to drop our bags off early and they were able to get us in a room when we showed up, offered to help us unload the car and bring our bags to the room, and offered a late checkout when they heard us discussing when we flew out. With some staff, I feel like they offer help because it’s a requirement but they seemed like they genuinely wanted to help us.

Everything was nice and the staff was amazing.

Location was around alot.

Deteriorated property

I had to change rooms because of a nasty smell but they were very accommodating. Some of the gym equipment is old or out of order. These are quibbles and overall I highly recommend this property for the helpful staff, location and quality for the price.

food near by, mall about 5 blocks away train to Miami

The room was immaculate. The staff very friendly, genuine and helpful. Wee did not get the breakfast. The only parking available was valet.

It was nice

Nine people

The treatment I received from the supervisor on duty.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. We paid extra for the balcony but never could use it because of rain and it had no view. Our air conditioner had to be changed out twice. They finally installed one that truly worked and didn't make a lot of noise. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Clean and organized Special thanks to reception staff I think called charl No

this is a clean and reasonably priced room, but it's rather dreary inside.
