Courtyard by Marriott Miami Dadeland

We stayed in room 219 and the shower was not working well. The water in the tub would not drain out completely. Honestly the hotel is run down and needs renovation. The ac is also old fashioned and on the ground. The staff is very good and helpful

Unfortunately, my experience later that night was the complete opposite. Around 2:45 a.m., I realized I had left my medication in my car. The valet attendant directed me to walk to a different hotel across the street to retrieve my vehicle instead of assisting me. When I later realized I had accidentally left my room key in the car, the valet attendant was nowhere to be found. I went to the front desk for help, but the overnight employee became aggressive, raised his voice at me, and yelled instead of trying to assist. I was shocked by how I was treated. No guest should be spoken to that way, especially in the middle of the night when they are simply asking for help. The overnight employee’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Someone with that attitude should not be working in a customer-facing position. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

If you want to be close to shopping, South Miami, and the metro, this place is an excellent option.

I enjoyed this hotel we stayed there 2 times, one at the start of our trip for 2 nights and once again for 2 nights at the end of our trip. Staff was helpful and nice. location was okay. the first room we had was supposed to have a king size bed but it was a queen. I didn't complain because we were tired and had driven 13 hours.

There are no headboards on the beds and maid did not clean my room properly

My stay was nothing short of amazing! The staff was incredible, valet service was great, and room service was excellent. Everything we needed was always available, and I honestly have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

For price perfect location and rooms

Everything went smoothly at this hotel. The room was clean, hallways were quiet, and the staff was friendly. The tables downstairs were helpful for eating takeout. The area is also amazing.

Clean room , very spacious well thought out space. Staff was attentive and helpful .

the room was clean it was marked as a handicap accessible. lacked grab bars in the bathroom. there were none. shower had none and the floor was slippery. didn't feel safe in the bathroom.

The room was Neal, clean and homey

Glass partition in shower too narrow, water got all over the floor, also need more hooks to hang used towels in the bathroom

Clean and large corner room! Excellent location! Friendly and professional staff!! Great stay here!

The parking is not complimentary. The overnight parking fee is $35, which I find expensive. I was also charged $6.00 for a bland and watered-down American coffee, which I found extremely overpriced. However, the staff service was very good.
