Location was great for my needs. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t see the need to charge almost $30 a night for parking. This seems like a money grabbing charge considering the location. This is not downtown Miami.

Surprise room upgrade! Gorgeous room. And I felt very safe. Especially with the elevator service. Restaurant and front desk employees were very friendly and polite. Free parking since it is a bit of a walk

The Hotel is just all around really nice - the lobby is really beautiful and inviting… the rooms are nicely appointed and an overall cozy feeling. It’s cheerful and just nicely done and I always look forward to Going there. Most hotels give me an “ick” feeling and this property is just all around nice. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Had dinner there twice and I’m vegetarian, found several options. Honestly there is nothing negative that I have to say.

Second time staying here and would stay again. Love the beds, super nice staff. Safe parking. Quiet area eventhough you're in the middle of busy Kendall. Everything is nearby.

Room cleaning was done daily which was a plus . I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Hence, I wouldn't consider revisiting this hotel.

I was staying due to a surgery at the hospital right next door. When I checked in I was upgraded and the staff were so accommodating and a pleasure too. They made me feel welcome and I know I have more surgeries coming up and want to stay longer to enjoy the hotel and pool. Honestly I love the hotel and will be back
