Had to pay for parking which I did not like

I like everything excellent Hotel to stay for vacations.

Super clean property, rooms, lobby, pool, everything. Onsite Starbucks with friendly staff. The person who checked us in gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Sharp edge in bathroom, bent down to pick something up & hit head on the corner of shelf behind toilet. Bleed & bump on head. Did not require stiches but headache for days.

Good location, easy parking, close to the mall and a 24 hours bakery

Place was great clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I found was drinks very very expensive and no shuttle service to airport or cruise ports. As much as they charge they should have shuttle services

Once on the metro its easy to get around.

We loved our stay! Everything was very clean and new, you could tell the property is well maintained. Breakfast was delicious — it's not a buffet, it's ordered from a menu, but the price is fair and worth it. The pool area was also great, very pleasant to relax in. Overall, a really good experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back!
