Didn’t like that you had to pay for parking!!! But a very nice hotel!!

The hotel was in a good location and in a safe area. It was well maintained and the staff were excellent. The pool and outside patio area were really nice, and it was convenient having a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner on the property (although the food was on the pricey side).

The location is great for me. The parking is the problem, from when did Aloft start charging for parking if I did know I wouldn't of stayed there. I could of gotten a hotel without parking however, I choose Aloft due to the location of the highway and my doctors appointments. They needs to get away from that paid parking shit, they're chasing their customers away. If they want they can use a parking sticker for their customers.

I like the location. The complementary coffee and friendly bar staff The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and the comforter was rough like sand paper. At one point the toilet wouldn't flush. The room next to mine had multiple guest in it with loud music, talking and laughing until4:30am when I had to go to the front desk for assistance. Didn't get a good night sleep before checking out the next morning for a 10 hour drive. An overall nasty experience.

A staff member knocked on my door at 8 am on Sunday asking if I was checking out that day and would I be out in 10 mins , this really upset me and my wife , I felt that they were trying to get rid of us. Also there were other guests in the hall until 1 am talking in the corridor
