they moved me to a quieter room after the first night - which was VERY LOUD all night large fee for valet parking (which was mandatory)

Not sure but house keeping in the last few days were not up to the standards, did not replace used coffees or cups. Had to ask for it. Also not enough towels were left in the bathroom, even though room was booked for four people. Again had to ask ourselves.

I highly recommend this establishment and all the staff members I've interacted with, they are truly exceptional. I will not consider any other option for my stay in S.Florida. I don't play favorite, but Eduardo is my favorite staff person at the hotel. He's accommodating, caring and professional. Thanks! I didn't like I had to leave early. Love Dadeland, Florida in and around the shopping district.
