Unfortunately, there were just too many operational problems throughout our stay. The check-in system was down when we arrived, the hotel phones stopped working one morning, forcing me to go downstairs to order breakfast for my sick baby, our room keys unexpectedly stopped working a day before checkout, and there were repeated issues with valet, including having trouble locating our keys after they had been left in the car overnight. Even the laundry service was inconvenient, as it wasn’t available on Sunday and had to be sent off-site. None of these issues alone would have ruined the stay, but together they made what should have been a relaxing weekend feel frustrating and disorganized. While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the overall operation of the hotel needs significant improvement.

Great stay! The room was clean, and the location was perfect. Dadeland Mall and Publix are both within walking distance. The valet staff were amazing, and my daughter loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great. My family and I were very agitated because our fight was delayed 5 hours but this staff was very calm and attentive to our needs. They were patient and got us situated.
