Jefferson Hotel

About my stay- overall it was good. The access codes worked and my plus one guest came to stay a couple of the nights to keep me company. The bed was comfortable and the room was smaller than shown in the pictures. It measures about 10x10ft. The hot water flowed quickly to the shower faucet and tap. The internet worked flawlessly and the TV had a fire stick device so to access the apps you must have your own log in password. The location is about two blocks from Calle Ocho and the trolley/ bus stop. Downtown Brickell is about 20mins walk or 5minutes via car. I asked for extra towels and the staff was helpful enough to give them without fuss. A huge plus was that I could have my packages delivered to the property while I was out. A few recommendations to elevate the stay. There should be a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Also liquid hand soap should be provided by the bathroom sink. The coffee station in the lobby should have a bin next to it to prevent trash being left next to the kettle. Make the microwave more visible or let patrons know of the location. I’d be willing to repeat stay if they put a mini fridge in the room.

Everything is inconvenient. No parking only in the street where maybe 3/4 cars may get a spot in which one is beside a dumpster with huge rats crawling around especially at NIGHT! Room looks clean but you may find dead tiny little ants on your sheets covers & pillows. How they die I wondered till I saw a gigantic bed bug! No fridge No microwave No sliding door for your shower literally packed my belongings & left the establishment

You need dedicated parking for your guests. Parking 1 star , everything else 5 stars

Organized. Location is good, but neighborhood is not the best. All is all great experience

Wonderful stay

I really liked our room, I love the roof top! They have excellent food and service! There is also a patio where you can work. The WiFi is real good and the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is lovely. I really like the fact that we had a TV and a fridge (ideal to keep the water cold). They are super nice and the staff is really attentive

Everything was exceptional for our stay

It was clean and quiet, exactly what I needed.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and made sure to check on us throughout our stay. The room was very clean and immediately upon arrival i could smell that it had just been cleaned not just a loud smell of bleach but real cleaning supplies. No bugs no rodents and it was really quiet. 10/10 would recommend

Clean. Everything functions. Not far from Birckell and Downtown. Walls are thin so there can be noise from other units.

Got the code for the entrance door and room door per E-Mail. Very easy and comfortable. There are two bus stops near the hotel (5 and 8 min away).

The absolute highlight of our trip was the hotel's rooftop lounge. Between the spectacular views and the perfect ambiance, it became our favorite spot to unwind. We found ourselves returning every single evening to enjoy a nightcap and take in the scenery—it was the perfect way to end the day. The rooms have a wonderful minimalist, European feel—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest. However, a few more hangers in the closet would go a long way for travelers staying more than a night. Also, while the rooftop is a great space, it feels like a missed opportunity not to offer a light continental breakfast or coffee service there to start the day.

Great service and very clean! The beds could be more comfortable

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean The hotel is located very close to Little Havana so there are many great restaurants to check out in the area. The walls and windows are quite thin so we could hear the noise from the outside, but it wasn't too bad.
