Rooms were large and well equipped I didn't get my deposit back, after multiple attempts to resolve this issue still no further along. Contacted my bank on advice from hotel and was told they'd be er authorised the money to be refunded. So it just seems a quick trick to scam guests out of further money.

Hotel specifically: No pool, there is a spa sized thing that isn't heated and doesn't have any jets that was closed our entire 4 day stay. See pic. They said go to a public pool 15 min away... NO PARKING AT ALL ON SITE! Elevator is to scary to go in a second time. Floor so uneven you can visually see the slant and you'll see my video dropping something and it rolls anyway. Mold all over the beat up fridge. Kitchen all miss matched pasted together cabinets. TOILET SEAT WAS THE WRONG SIZE, SEE PIC, CANT BELIEVE THEY LEFT IT LIKE THAT! Hallway was absolutely filthy, see pics. Without exaggeration, I felt like I was going to fall through the floors, soft spots all over. Couch was destroyed and hardy usable. Cockroach in room. All pictures in the hallways were crooked or missing off the walls. I was blown away how bad this was.

Location Elevator didn't work for 2 days

Great location The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need 2 bedrooms with 2 big beds plus a sofa bed Kitchen Clean and comfy The lift did not work so we had to use the stairs and the room was in the 4th floor I hoped we can do an early check in around 12 but we couldnt, also we were informed that we will be contacted once the room is ready but it never happened, spent the day out and came back at 6 to check in The pool is super tiny No Bathrooms located in the lobby or outdoor area

Room was dirty, the main door would have difficulty closing. The bathroom sink leaked. The air conditioner wouldn't work effectively in the bedroom. The breakfast that I expected to receive based on the message I was sent the day before the trip, was never available. The check in time was lengthy. The room was never serviced or cleaned/turned over. I would not return.

Samantha was wonderful and the Cuban restaurant was close just at the end of the block and Walgreens was at the other end I will recommend my family and friends to come but im thinking about moving Miami
