Aside from our bad experience, the breakfast was also not that good, but it was included in our stay. The pool was decent, but very small. The one good thing were some of the staff who were very nice, including the man storing our luggage and the man who checked us out. They improved the experience for us.

A cozy and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had everything needed for a good start to the day. overall, a pleasant stay!

Cute, quaint place. Very centrally located. That was great. Nice that they provide beach towels and bottled water. Enjoyed our 2 nice stay. Liked the terrace connected to our room

It was a nice older hotel The rooms were clean sparsely decorated but it was clean The food was adequate nothing special hotel breakfast The additional fee you have to pay for the pool is kind of ridiculous it's literally their sister hotel they could have let you use it anyway Good complementary drink gets gratuity by 20% automatically charge to your room would not recommend the parking because there is none the ballet literally goes down the block to get your car if you're willing to walk a block you could park there for $40 a day instead of the 68 that they charge otherwise it was fairly nice except for a rude bartender

It was perfect for us. Evereyone was very professional and attentive; had no issues.

Make sure before you check in that is the room you paid for..5 days…we paid for 1 king villa with terrace. Got a king with balcony. Let’s start with check in. The staff downgraded my room choice without telling me until we got to the room and noticed that was not what we paid for. Went back to the desk with picture and all of sudden the girl who checked us in. NOTICE NOTES IN COMPUTER ABOUT OUR ORIGINAL ROOM HAD A LEAK.. VERY DECEITFUL..Room Look like motel 6 room. Very basic .With small balcony facing someone else window..Very small no couch to sit down. 1 hard chair with table. Tissue tear up in booty when you wipe. Shower okay. Staff says no more available. We got there first, someone should have been moved from their room for us. Refund back resort fees was the best they said they could do with apologies..SORRY. Breakfast was okay, same thing every morning. Small area for breakfast . Gave us drinks tickets for free drinks from the bar. SELECT DRINKS. NASTY. Pool was small, does not look like photo online. Location was great. Beach was good except for all the seaweeds. Rental guy for umbrella was rude. Housekeeping did not sweep the sand was still on our floor. The President nooo The Treasury

Enjoyed our anniversary here. We got the penthouse suite. It was a very nice room with a Terrance. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to use pool & store luggage when checking in and out of hotel.

The property was small and breakfast was a bit crazy. The room was spacious though except for the bathroom. It felt like a tasking process to check in.
