Provident Doral at the Blue Miami

Love the room , place was beautiful really enjoyed my stay. Don’t really like the 17$ a day parking if it’s self parking

Adicional las camas tienen a los costado madera que hizo generar varios incidentes menores de golpes en las piernas y el más grave caída de mi Bebe de la cama de 9 meses y golpeándose su cabeza con las estructuras de Madera. Todo un día en el Hospital. un Hematoma en su frente que llevando varios días aún no desinflama. El aseo nunca se hizo y si lo hicieron siempre fue superficial, de 10 días 2 aseo superficial, telas de araña, polvo en todos los sectores. El mismo personal de Housekeeping, habla mal del Hotel Provident Doral At the Blue. Realmente como Hotel debe ser sancionado por las Autoridades Competentes. Adicional, permiten en sala de Comedores, que una mujer ebria, bailara, gritara impidiendo poder cenar en el Restaurant. El personal de Chek In y Manager solo riendose, Pésimo Servicio y una falta de Profesionalismo increible de observar. Un lugar que fuera de no recomendar, peligroso. Camas con Sangre, completamente antihigienico.

The fact that it is already limited parking them working on the parking lot made it worse I think they should have notified me before I arrived because I would have canceled my reservation and the security guard at the gate that came on Friday night at 11:00pm was so rude and disrespectful to everyone for no reason at all he took his authority to far I continue to ask him his name and why was he being so rude he just ignored me I think they need to do a little upgrading to the property in the inside besides the rude security guard and the very limited parking my stay was ok

The parking lot is as Getting done so we had to walk far to our car the whole trip this was insane . Instead of giving off a room by the are that wasn’t affected. Room was filthy I asked for cleaning supplies I was told maid would come do it and she brought a broom and left gave me bath soap to clean. I had to go to store and spend more money to clean the mold and dust and maintain smell

Spacious room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Good facilities. Proactive and good mood staff. Bed has water mattress which was a bit uncomfortable. During my stay, my next door neighbor smoked weed and the smell contaminated my room.

Clean room and property always a pleasure. But I think it’s time to get rid of the carpet.

Good air conditioning and good beds. Spacious rooms with full kitchen. Very confortable Cleaning is performed every 6 days. Would be wonderful at least every 3 days.

Excelente customer service !

The room itself is very spaciously designed and the property has a relax and clean vibe. The only issue we had was with the room’s washer that didn’t work. We called but it was never resolved before we left. Also, they can do a little better with answering their lobby and service lines when getting calls from the room. We would stay again but those were just details that could definitely be improved.
