Nothing was unique waiting by the pool for hours before someone approached us, just to let us know that we couldn’t have our personal food there and told us with a horrible tone and a nasty attitude would not recommend to anyone

Omg the best hotel I left my passport in my room and I was do it the check in to take the Royal carribean cruise thay sent me the passport in uber omg the best

We love staying at provident. the bell man knows us and gave us a big hug when we arrived asking for the rest of the family.

Heads up- you will get charged a cleaning fee and a $20 daily parking fee.

The cleaning was poor, smelled room; 1st room humidity and the back door was damaged and did not close properly, 2nd room smelled like cigarette and finally 3rd it was better, just the first day 3 room😞, Staff in front desk good person helping her name Silvana.

I got there and I was charge a cleaning fee $30 plus parking $18.95 that was never disclosed during the reservation, the ac was not working properly

This property is conveniently located in the heart of Doral. Close to all the shopping malls, food stores and eateries in the area. As always, the staff is very friendly and eager to rectify any issue you may encounter. Very secure and quiet property.

Room was really nice we stayed for 3 nights and no one cleaned in between days but other than that is was a great room and nice pool
