The room had a door adjacent to room next door. Their was no privacy as you hear everything happening in the room next door. The ac was not working properly nor was the cold and hot water. The privacy issue was very disturbing. They should be aware that that is an issue for any guest.

The place has good potential but the spa was closed , there were ants coming g out of sinks in rooms and the rooms need a good psi to g and cleaning . The idea of a place is there but the effort to keep them up is lost

I stayed at the property for 4 nights during a business trip and my room was never serviced despite the fact that I called for housekeeping service everyday and asked them to service the room. On my last day I called the front desk and asked to speak with a manager and was told he wasn't there until tomorrow. The room was comfortable and having a kitchen was helpful during my trip because I was able to cook a few nights, but the service and staff were not helpful at all. Not a great experience, especially because I travel for work quite often.

Sobre la habitación, excelente tamaño y que tenga cocina y equipo de lavado ayuda mucho, solo creo que podrían mejorar las amenidades del baño, quedan un poco cortos. Con respecto a la limpieza de la habitación, aunque está muy limpia de inicio, creo que valdría la pena que todos los días se hiciera la habitación por completo: cama, toallas y limpieza en general, no cada 3er o 6o día. Fuera de eso, el staff y equipamiento de la habitación, muy bueno.
