Great place and great location. Very close to the beach and restaurants also stores and shopping. You won't miss out on anything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a decent place to stay clean and all the basics that you need

Location was great, staff was helpful Breakfast is less than average, no varieties. This is my 2nd time in 3 years, and coincidentally I was in the same room, the locker of the restroom was still not fixed.

I did like the location of the property, I can see that they are making improvements and I understand it’s under new management. I liked the size of the room and the layout. I liked the coded entry system. We didn’t have to worry about key cards, failing or worrying about keeping track or losing them. That’s a very good idea, and I did like that. The staff was very friendly and accommodating the best that they could. I did not like that. There were no additional sheets or blankets for the futon. I had to kill several roaches while we were there. The breakfast only had cereal and toast, apples, and yogurt, but no hot food. Our room had a very strong smell of mildew, which affected myself and my daughter’s allergies and asthma very badly. I did not like that. There’s an area right outside where everyone can smoke and people were constantly smoking marijuana and the smell would come in through the AC in the room and we were constantly smelling that. I also didn’t like that first thing in the morning, there’s loud talking and banging and trucks going in and out of the alley by our bedroom window. I also didn’t like that we had to pay for parking in the parking garage nearby. There was no parking available to us. That was free of cost. I feel like we paid a lot for the hotel plus a resort fee amenities like parking should not be such a big deal.

Staff was polite and even offered my very pale daughter a bottle of free sunscreen to go on the beach. The location was great. Of course because it is a boutique hotel the lobby was very small.

This is a basic hotel close to the beach. I give it 5 stars due to its great value for a low price. Not a fancy hotel but enough for a basic stay. The room was large and clean, staff was helpful. The room has a kitchen and several tables and desks. You even get a free chair at the beach.

The location was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with no homeless people or anything that made us feel uncomfortable. The courtyard was beautiful, I felt like I was relaxing in the garden of my own villa. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we had a very pleasant stay The breakfast could be improved. It was disappointing that there were no egg options available. Also, the air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. When it was running, it sounded like there was a heavy rainstorm outside
