Little slow the front desk we did the check in 35 minutes over the time and time do the check out was so slow so we leave with out doing the checked out

Overall, I would not recommend it. The apartment is well-equipped and in a relatively convenient location, fairly close to the city center and the airport. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM, two couples traveling with a 9-month-old baby, and asked whether an early check-in might be possible. We were told that the official check-in time was 4:00 PM, and that if the room became available earlier, they would contact us. We were also told that early check-in would be possible for an additional fee. We returned to the front desk around 3:00 PM and were told that the room was still not ready. At 3:53 PM, we were told again that it was not ready, and in the end, they allowed us to check in only at exactly 4:00 PM — not even a few minutes earlier. Traveling with a 9-month-old baby, we would have appreciated a little more flexibility and consideration, especially after waiting for several hours. Another issue was the feeling that there was an additional charge for almost everything. We had ordered two Amazon packages to the hotel, and the hotel wanted to charge us $50 per package simply for receiving and holding them at the front desk. The packages arrived about half an hour before we did, and even Amazon customer service could not clarify what these charges or supposed taxes were for. As for the room itself, we booked a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms. The apartment was relatively nice, clean, and well equipped. However, it is important to know that there is only central air conditioning, and the air does not reach the bedrooms properly. It was uncomfortably hot at night, and we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open in order to feel the air conditioning. Overall, unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel. We gave it this rating rather than a lower one mainly because of its relatively convenient location, both to the city center and the airport, and because the room itself was nice and well equipped. However, the hallways are quite dark and somewhat unsettling, and considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service and a more welcoming and accommodating attitude from the front desk

We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to utilize most of the property. We did look around and everything was beautiful and better than what I was expecting. I will probably book here again next time I'm in Miami. Miami, but that wasn't their fault. Everything about our stay was wonderful.
