Need a lot of things to update

Good location with good shuttle service excellent for travel of for soccer games

No issues, pleasant stay, good food

Only stayed for one night, the hotel was fully booked, however on two lifts working which meant at one point 15 minute wait to leave our floor. Never had less than a 10 minute wait

Not much to do around property, they should have a shuttle to take to other locations other than Airports.

I don't like the access to the property. It's very tricky. This property is excellent for business travelling not so for social gathering and family vacation

Very old hotel and unpleasant smells.

They are not letting us check in through the application

Overall it was good very close to everything the shuttle was a huge help. Parking was horrible the communication was off or something.

Excellent and convenient location with best staff.

Excellent room, interior, and cleanliness. The lobby was very inviting, and the concierge was very helpful with Parking and guest services. I enjoyed my stay there.

Overall, I think it's time to remodel those rooms, the rubs, etc.

Staff was helpful, and the hotel is located very close to the airport

Contacted the hotel 2 days before arrival to inquire about the shuttle service from the airport to ensure a smooth transfer. Had to reach out again the morning of my flight because I hadn't received a response. Finally received a response, but it had the WRONG information. This led to 1 hr waiting for a shuttle, plus 2 phone calls to the hotel before figuring out that we had been told to wait on the wrong level of the airport. Not a fun experience at 10pm at night and traveling with children.

What I liked was convenience to airport and what I thought could be better is to make property more up to date

The place is ran down. The hallways smelled like old outside of the rooms. But everything worked just fine, the bed was comfortable, and Danny at the concierge was really nice!
