Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport by IHG

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff was very very friendly. The location was not really walkable to any merchants nearby but I will still book this location as it was close to the airport.

Comfortable and very clean rooms. Perfect place to stay before and after a long flight. Front desk staff is so sweet and helpful.

There is only 1 elevator working in the whole hotel. It has a musty odor to the hallways . Breakfast was good, but the meat never looked cooked all the way

Very welcoming and helpful front desk. Especially JahKari who I spoke with on the phone about the airport shuttle. Enviolo the shuttle driver was so accommodating and informative. I appreciate his over and beyond customer service. Breakfast was top notch🙌

Location Rooms not being checked for garbage and dirty towels

The hotel was ok, we booked it as an intransit for two nights so we did not need anything fancy. The breakfast was pretty good and the bathrooms and room itself seemed clean. It is a plus having full amenities in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the beds/sheets smelled and the carpets seemed old and dusty. The room advertised being soundproof but we could hear the noise outside.

I love everything about the hotel. The staff was very helpful and the amenities were great. I'll definitely recommend it to everyone to need to stay at the hotel.

The carpets and the blankets were really dirty and the room smelled really bad. The room also was full of dust. The experience was really bad for me and i had really good expectations of the hotel. For me, I would not stay there again.

I loved all the amenities. The building is always clean. The staff are attentive and caring. Breakfast is always on point. My only suggestion would be to building a parking lot so that the property can accommodate more guests. $20 a night for valet is a bit too much when there is not even a parking lot for your clientele. Your company may also consider building a two or three story parking garage. There is adequate space across the street that could be used. Parking on the side of the road and around the corner is a safety issue to me and I'm positive hundreds of other people who love your hotel would agree. Staybridge is always my choice when I travel to Miami, plus it's only 6 minutes to the airport.
