Staybridge Suites Miami International Airport by IHG

Great place definitely a repeat.

The room itself was okay, very basic. I did find a few dirty spots, but very minor. The elevator broke down while we were there which was very inconvenient and we were on the third floor with 5 luggages each at 50+ pounds. When asked for help with luggage to bring down the front desk attendant said they don’t do that which I felt was very unaccommodating, considering the circumstances, and his solution was offering a storage locker on the first floor after I just got done telling him we were leaving early the next morning to catch our flight. What good would that do?? I don’t need to store my personal belongings unattended overnight. Seriously? Also, there was a mandatory $20 fee per day for valet which isn’t an issue as other places charge more for parking but the spots where they park the cars are so small, and our Expedition barely fit in the stalls. I had to worry about scratches or dings the whole stay. The most helpful person there though was the valet attendant at night, so I gave an extra star for that. Location is very close to the airport which is very convenient, but area in general is in an industrial area. Breakfast was ok too, just basic stuff. I’d say overall okay place, nothing fancy.

The suites were spacious.

Breakfast items were varied, fresh and always abundant. Room, hallways, lobby areas were clean. Staff were very courteous. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend. It was more than we expected for the price.

From the pickup from the airport to checking in the staff was very nice. My suite was very clean and spacious for my family size. I will be booking soon whenever I back in Miami and also highly recommend. I was very pleased by everything

Great breakfast, helpful and attentive staff, clean and large bedroom suite, 24-hour coffee, free airport shuttle, clean outdoor pool

What completely ruined the experience was the shuttle staff. They were chatting among themselves without paying attention to the departure time, and when I asked about it, they seemed annoyed and spoke to me rudely. Unfortunately, this incident overshadowed what would have otherwise been a pleasant stay.
