While I understand that many hotels require security deposits, transparency is essential. Unexpected holds on a guest’s credit or debit card can create unnecessary financial stress, especially for travelers on a budget. I encourage the hotel to clearly disclose all deposits and incidental holds during the booking process and again before arrival. Better communication would help set proper expectations and improve the overall guest experience.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options, and the amenities were top-notch. We spent an afternoon at the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and very well kept. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and all the places we wanted to visit. The valet parking was absolutely worth it and made coming and going incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very quiet, yet close to the airport. you can walk to the metro station which gets you to downtown Miami for less than $3. Nice breakfast, too.

The location was convenient. We were just staying overnight between flights. I'd recommend the hotel for location and price for what we needed.

The staff and breakfast were wonderful. Be aware parking overnight is $26 and some change, and there is no option for parking other than the hotel. Figure that in when shopping around for places to stay in the area.
