EVEN Hotel Miami - Airport by IHG

EVERYTHING about this hotel was awesome!!! From the staff to the rooms and the amenities!!! They greeted us so kindly and accommodated any requests made. The location is perfect, the pool is perfect. I admired seeing the planes fly by so close. I would 10000% stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends.

Only bad thing; The room cleaning staff is really loud. As soon as they start cleaning any room on your floor, you will be wide awake.

The staff was by far the best! Very friendly and efficient! We really enjoyed the pool and gathering space in the back. The tvs are not great quality and the airport traffic is loud when you are poolside. Even with that it was super close to the airport and food!

The rooms were very clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely consider this place for my next visit down there

The area around the hotel is misleading. Its a nice hotel. The halls are a little humid and air stale, nothing a dehumidifier and some air freshener/febreeze can't fix for the staleness. The hotel itself it nice. Its simple and clean. The staff is kind. I like how the breakfast was made simple. It was a plated breakfast. So delicious. There was a shuttle to the cruise ports. Next time, please specify that the cost is 17$ per person and not just $17 and that reservation is REQUIRED and not RECOMMENDED. There is a huge difference. That was confusing. I would plan to stay here again.

It was so nice! The management it was awful! I arrive with my 5 yr old at the property at 1:10am after a long flight… it took them to check in 1 hr and 50min.. yes an hour and 50 min… why because there was a lonely employee attending a party of 15 guest under a name and 15 more families. It arrived at my room at 3am… the poor employee was a mess trying to survive there.. and also he didn’t look like he knew what to do in times like this .. no one said sorry, no one did anything.. it was a really bad experience.. though the hotel was pretty nice.. service not so much.. tue sheet were stained and the restroom toilet was left opened liked used..

It was cool felt like overpriced for location for one night

Close to the airport Shower water never got hot. Some maintenance required. Parking was ok but not great.

The hotel name is EVEN but the rooms were very ODD! Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned properly. I had to switch rooms because of a smell. Never again!
