Nice hotel, clean room but a bit small when you open the sofa bed (which we needed for our family of 6). Great breakfast!

The hotel is nice and located in a great area, which was definitely a plus. Breakfast was included with our stay, and there were also other food options available in the lobby, along with a bar, which was very convenient. The hotel is nice and located in a great area, which was definitely a plus. The only downside was the parking. Since parking is not included, we ended up paying over $100 for one week, which felt quite expensive. Other than the parking cost, our stay was pleasant and overall, we had a good experience.

We also weren’t given enough towels for the number of people staying in the room. Because the phone didn’t work, we had to go downstairs every day to ask for an extra one. Breakfast was disappointing too, with limited choice.

Close proximity to the airport and cruise ports .Staff was super helpful with information and advice! The laundry room was isolated and uncomfortable to use.

The gentleman who checked ✔️ us in was wonderful, the gentleman who served us in the restaurant was wonderful and the lady who checked us out the next day was wonderful.

Close to the airport and shuttle service. Beautiful hotel.and rooms. Staff was great, especially Orlando who upgraded our room for free. Continental breakfast with many choices and nice pool and gym. Bed and pillows very comfortable.We stayed there before taking a cruise and after the cruise before flying and we will do it again next time. Only 20.min to Cruise line and 10min to airport. Sorry, I didn't take more pictures of the room lol

Nice hotel My family and I stayed at your hotel from August 30 to August 31, 2026. Upon our arrival, we were asked to provide a $100 security deposit. We were also charged a $20 early arrival fee, which we were informed would be deducted from the initial security deposit. It has now been two weeks, and I have not yet received the remaining $80 refund. I was not notified of any damage to the room or any other issue during our stay. The only charge communicated to us was the $20 early arrival fee. Therefore, as I understand it, the remaining $80 of the security deposit should be refunded to me. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and provide a prompt resolution. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the status of my refund.
