Element by Marriott Miami International Airport

Disappointing. The room is so poorly lighted and has dark floors, so we couldn’t see well enough to make finding our things easy. Dropped eyeglasses on floor and couldn’t find them for several minutes even with flashlight on. No TV remote. Couldn’t turn it off all night. Bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed. The rough mattress pad was exposed and I had to sleep on that cuz sheet pulled off. The cafe had some eats. Wanted a salad. All of them had kale as the main leafy greens. I am allergic, so no salad for me. Instead Had flatbread that had 12 black beans, 20 corn kernels, and four grape tomatoes halved. I’m not kidding. Hubs had Cuban sandwich he loved. We love Marriott, but Element is off our travel list. Please, Marriott, put some decent lights in the rooms!

Front desk was terrible they made me go up and down from the fifth floor four times because of there incompetence to get my room key activated

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Very well maintained. Dont let the airport location deter you. I slept so so good. The actual hotels by the beach are rebuilding from hurricanes so it was so nice to not wake up to hammers and drills. They have fresh water with fruit in their lobby. The parking entrance is a little backwards and confusing but very secure. We will be back. Stayed June 2026.

I enjoyed my stay at the hitel

Morning breakfast buffet was crazy. I understand a ton or people were leaving but this can’t be your first time with this. Seemed ill prepared for the crazy morning.

Good for stay prior to cruise

convenient location, easy to airport and car rental return. The hotel charges for parking but there were ample free parking spots across the street.

Bed spread was dirty

The hotel was fairly clean. Location is not great as planes taking off until late into the night, very loud. Safe in room not functioning. Breakfast was also just okay, not much selection

The property was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was AMAZING! N/A

Beside that everything was excellent.

The room is very clean. Hospitality did a great job as well. The hotel is very nice (landscape and amenities).

The hotel was great. The staff was great. The property is snuggle in a very cozy and quiet environment. I would’ve loved to have stayed there a little longer.

This hotel experiences high occupancy, with a consistent influx of pilots, patients, and large families at various times. The lobby area is pleasant, provided one can find a suitable seating spot. There are no scenic views upon entering the hotel or from any of the hotel’s windows. The shower provided a steady and hot stream, and the bed and bedding were comfortable. The kitchenette area is accommodating, especially for guests traveling with family or staying for an extended period. My room appeared superficially clean, however, it was actually dirty, with broken toenail clippings found near the bed and in the kitchen area. Fortunately, I travel with my own cleaning supplies. The room was adequate, with excellent air conditioning, which I barely used because I felt excessively cold. One of the reasons for selecting this accommodation was the inclusion of breakfast. Don't waste your time. If breakfast is the deciding factor, they only serve pork, and the coffee was one degree hotter than iced coffee. There is a shuttle to and from airport, running every half hour up to 11pm, you don't have to RSVP. No hairdryer in the rm.
