La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Miami Airport East

Breakfast had very limited options. Front desk staff did not provide service with a smile. The snacks offered were way too expensive. $10 for a 2 liter soda. $3 for a bottle water. $5 for a Gatorade. Also the website stated walking distance to several locations however nothing was in walking distance. Also you were prohibited from walking due to the close proximity of the airport. It wasn’t a stay worth the cost. I have no plans of ever revisiting this property.

Room was clean and staff very helpful.

Easy access to shuttle transport to the airport and miami cruise ports. Staff are not so friendly and not so helpful. Price of soda is astronomical a regular bottle of Gatorade $5.35

I paid online And they have me pay another 50$ deposit when I went to check in,they said when I check out I’ll get the 50$ back in 2,3 business days,but never got my 50$ back.

Horrible place

The toilets are made for toddlers how low they sit on the ground. You also have to hold down the lever to ensure the toilet would flush. My shower was not cleaned very well, hair and other debris in the tub...glad I had clorox wipes. The plugs and light fixture didn't work room 310. The sheets on the bed are really thin, we slept in our clothes. The windows are so thin, you will hear flights all night. Let me not forget the "shuttle service" I had to call for an Uber, after I was told that the shuttle runs ever hour on the hour, inly to find out that shuttle service only runs at certain hours. Moving on to staff. They spoke broken English so you barely understood what they were saying. Some spoke no English! There was one who spoke great English but she had a nasty attitude! Breakfast is straight carbs...all bread. There was no fresh fruit or meat items. The closet protein was yogurt and frozen eggs. I would not recommend staying here only if there are no better offers.

For a quick booking this is the place. But there are serious issues with the hotel and holds and maintenance of the facility. The hotel is in need of much needed repairs and updates. La Quinta by Wyndham has the real potential to be a lot more but for now it’s basically a 2 star hotel. Great breakfast and nice gym room.

TV no funcionaba hubo que pedir que lo cambiaran. Terminé cargando el TV para ayudar a la empleada. El desayuno muy poco variado. Mucho olor a marihuana en la habitación y era para no fumadores.

While we were sleeping someone open our door at 2 am and came in on us saying it was there room ,we went and talk to the front desk and the manager or no one in authority haven't reach out to us even now. That was the scariest part we had experienced and no one have apologized to us except the receptionist. They were no wash cloth ,they didnt change the towels or the sheets while we were there for 3 days. It was very poor .I would not wish for my enemy to have such gross experience.

No bath towels in the room. Just a hand towel. The room felt heavy/musty and unclean...I struggled to lay on unclean sheets... When I lifted the sheets there were a long strand of hair and small dirt like stuff. The housekeeper woke me up 4 times... knocking on the door with the (DO NOT DISTURB SIGN) when i had to yelled I have a late check-out. I repeated each time... "I have a late check-out!!" Def will not be returning.

While the receptionist at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, the hotel itself … was lacking. The floors, elevator and room seemed not only old, but had some disrepair. It did not smell fresh in there. The bed in the room seemed like the mattress was on cardboard. It was just not welcoming. I may be an hotel snob.

Old and dirty. The carpet has a bad smell, and the bathroom is very small and poor. Bed sheets and pillowcases have old stains...never again for me

One staff was helpful with getting me settled but everyone else wasn’t on any other occasion.

This hotel smelled bad it was nothing like the ad. The hotel is so outdated the outside sign was not visible and I couldn’t believe the condition. If I hadn’t pre paid and it wasn’t the World Cup I would have left. This hotel is very misleading.
