Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East

Very good

We enjoyed our stay for what

Stayed here before and you can unfortunately tell rhe Hyatt chain standards are being kept. Flooring, carpeting and overall state of hotel has deteriorated tremendously. Smelly hallways. Quality has gone way downhill.

The room was poorly cleaned

Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was great. Was disappointed to find hair on my pillow in my bed that was not mine since I wear braids. Hair is one of my biggest pet peeves. Hair was also in the shower corner and shower head needs to be changed as water hardly comes out for you to take a proper shower

Everything was fabulous.

I love this hotel! it is always perfect for me and my short miami stays :)

A terrible and very disappointing experience. I would never stay at this hotel again. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a strong musty smell throughout the carpeted areas. Although the bathroom was relatively clean, the rest of the hotel looked worn and neglected. Only one elevator was working despite the hotel being completely full. There were pool towels and paper napkins left all over our floor, which showed a serious lack of cleanliness and supervision. The parking situation was the worst part. Booking.com stated that parking did not need to be reserved and cost $25 per night. However, there was no parking available either night, and several other guests were complaining about the same problem. We had to drive around looking for parking at nearby hotels and locations. Even worse, I was still charged the full $50 for parking despite not having a parking space. For the price, I expected basic cleanliness, maintenance, and proper customer service. This hotel fell far below those expectations. I do not recommend it and will not return.

Location One elevator was out of service; the same people helping out with check ins and outs, were the same jn charge of bartending and ordering food… it took way too much time. But they were all incredibly nice.
